Oh wow the service here is truly awful. I'm not one to leave reviews but it was SO SO bad it was comical. I waited 20 minutes in the queue to be served. Then was told to take a seat until my order was ready. 15 minutes later I finally got my coffee but no sandwich. AGAIN was told to take a seat. I asked would someone bring it to me and was told no I would be shouted. Another 15 minutes passed and I had finished my coffee when finally called. No apologies, no eye contact but were happy to take my tenner. FOLKS save up for a weekly treat like this and it was a totally BTEC experience.

Unbelievably rude staff, just take the money and move on, shout your order then disappear. No sense of customer service and lack awareness. They were actually offended I asked the price of an item!! Starbucks for me now 🙄

Called in today, absolutely terrible service. The guy preparing the drinks seemed in a real bad mood about something and he didnt seem bothered thst his attitude was very obvious to the customers. The other young man taking the orders seemed new, asked a few questions to which the other guy was very curt, no eye contact, at times no words spoken but certainly an atmosphere. They seemed short staffed, had to wait at least 20 mins for coffee and cake. At times they would 'disappear' then reappear, don't know what was going on. I was going to comment about the situation to a guy who appeared and looked 'senior' but I really felt for the young guy who seemed new and didn't want to create any more of a situation, he was like a rabbit in the head lights. Needless to say i won't be rushing back which is a shame as the coffee was good

Absolutely shocking. 2 girls working flat out , 1 taking orders and running around taking items out, and another making the coffees on her own.The other 2 stood in the back and occasionally coming out the front letting us all know about the chocolate orange shots she had last night..Oh and how bad her headache is..Over 20 minutes I was stood waiting and hopefully everyone else in the queue will leave the same comment cos we all felt the same

Lovely coffees, a tad on the cooler side but that doesn't bother me. Friendly staff

Awful yet again closed prior to advertised time. Arrived in the pouring rain an hour before closing to be told they were serving takeout only. Not the first time but the earliest I've known them close. Anyone who finds this, Starbucks up the road always stays open till its advertised closing time

Great choice for a drink and cake if your in the area (and for free WiFi) only let down recently by common staffing issues and out off stock items., although I don't blame the shop itself as it seems to be a national issue at the moment.

7.00pm on a Friday and they were so busy. Still all really polite and friendly. Everywhere was clean and my hot chocolate was just what I needed.

Member of staff (Alex) who took our order was very friendly and polite. Definitely put me first as the customer.The coffee however was disgusting and tasted like dish water, this was made by somebody else (I did not get a name).Very disappointing, only reason I gave 3 stars was because of the friendly service at the till. Oh and the cup was filled up to the ‘brim’ it leaked and burnt my hand. I won’t be going back.
