De Roma in Wigan

Where do I start… I order a well done tray of donner meat tray of chips & a garlic bread with cheese and tomato sauce with a tub of Mayo I was quoted 13.50 not 1 thing from this order was right the garlic bread came with cheese only the chips came with donner meat which was not well done atall with salad also on top of it all the tub of Mayo turned out to be garlic Mayo I’ve rang back and was told I’d get a replacement garlic bread waited an hour and when I called I was told that there was definitely tomato sauce on top of the pizza which I’ll attach a picture but they didn’t send nothing out not to mention the order I was quoted 13.50 left 20 with receptionist and got back 3 so I paid £17 for an order that was not only wrong but also disgusting I’ve ate 1 slice of the garlic bread and Only tried the other bits do not order from here!!

Not very good at all most of it went in the binThe shish you could not even bite or chew threw it was that bad. Soggy chips. Just rubbish really . One of worst takeaways ive had to be honest.

Far from great a generous 2, despite chilli and salad the burger tastes of 'dirty grill'. Further more to add insult to injury, 2 mixed batches of chips which was done while I observed older ones more edible, newer ones very under cooked and like eating pencil erasers. First visit and last!

Very great delivery times, the pizzas have got both good amounts of cheese and tomatoe sauce and overall every selection food is great, definitely recommended

First time ordering and it surely won't be are last food absolutely beautiful no complaints with the service see you soon

In the last few months i've ordered from De Roma more then ten times now and each time has been great. You can tell that someone there cares about standards because the food has consistently been well presented, well cooked, hot, tasty and very fairly priced. I don't use any other Pizza shop now

Over cooked pizza and chips and the plastic container melted on the chips this place has gone down the pan. they keep putting there prices up and they deliver rubbish. The only nice thing was the garlic mayo and bottle of Pepsi

The food was awfull the worst kebab I have ever had we had ordered a large chicken and donner kebab it literally had 3 pieces of chicken on it and 4 pieces of donner meat the nann bread was rock hard it had grease pouring out of it the chips was burnt but freezing cold and they sent the wrong flavour of milkshake I have tried ringing them but was engaged for 10 min the kebab was that awfull it's gone in the bin #100% #wigansworstkebabshop awfull definatley won't be going there again

Over an hour for delivery and pizza tasted a bit off, pretty sure fungi was growing on it... cheesy chips, did the cheese fall off or something? Later decided go ASDA and put some additional cheese on my friesLater threw up on ASDA carpark... poor experienceThe pizza? Yeah, I drove over it on the car park
