Frankie and Benny's in Wigan

Just had a great meal here, decided to try the Viva La Vegan burger, garlic bread with vegan cheese, hot cookie dough and vegan cheesecake. I normally eat meat but after trying this tonight I realised I actually enjoyed the burger more than a meat burger. Vegan cheese is runnier than I thought but was ok, and the cheesecake was really good.We were served by Henry who was very friendly and made sure there was limited waiting time in between courses. Food came out quickly too.

It was decent, don't think I'd go there again. Only good thing were the brownies otherwise food was pretty bland and average.

A little mixed result...my wife had a burger and she enjoyed it ...I had a steak .. tough as old boots, I asked for medium and turned out that a good vet would have had it back on its feet in minutes... selection of beers was poor ...my beer tasted like washing up liquid at 5 pounds per pint .. vodka and orange tasted of just flat orange.All in all not a good experience....the staff were friendly enough but that was the highlight

Staff were very attentive and drinks were served quickly. I was disappointed with the Frankie and Benny's meatballs there was very little tomato sauce to go with the pasta and the meatballs were a bit dry without it. My wife had a salmon salad which looked fantastic. Still love the place.

Nice little F&B franchise. We've been quite a few times in recent months and after a dip in service and quality, this restaurant has definitely picked up. The food quality is good with increasing choice for vegetarians and vegans which is a plus.The service team are very friendly, especially Lorna, one of the Managers. Please keep up the good work.

We went for a family meal yesterday. We were greeted by staff quickly and taken to our table. The food cooked by the chef Jacek was lovely, our waitress Megan was very friendly and provided excellent service. Would definitely recommend and will be going again.

We had breakfast here today and served by the lovely Kim! She was super attentive, made sure all our needs were met and had a wonderful attitude :) Food was good and served fresh and quick, we even got a sneaky taste of some of the new pizzas which they will be potentially trialing for their new menu. Thank you for our great service today!

great food...amazing service with really helpful staff

Food was great. Experience was let down by our waiter who wasn't particularly interested in serving us. Wrote our order on scraps of paper, forgot our drinks which we only got after a manager noticed we didn't have them 40 minutes later. Did the same with the desert order, only this time went for a quick chat with the other waiters and then sat down for a break. Funnily enough they turned up pretty much straight away after bringing it up with another member of staff.The modern music and happy birthday's at 1000 decibels also spoils the atmosphere ever so slightly
