Happy Garden Takeaway in Wigan

Always end up buying more than we need ha ha. But it's so tasty. Salt n pepper wings were great. Singapore vermicelli, duck pineapple, just great.

Last 2 meals have been inedible and thrown in bin. Chicken and sweetcorn soup tasted far too sweet like a whole bowl of sugar had been used in recipe. Chicken chow mien like soup, noodles like over cooked spaghetti and chicken pieces big lumps and tasteless. Someone said they have changed hands well I'm sorry but food just not good enough. Will not be returning although it pains me to give a bad review like this. All food too sloppy.

Been 3 times recently and always had excellent food and service. Would highly recommend this place. Special fried rice, Singapore chow mein, satay chicken skewers...all excellent.

Me and the hubby had really bad food poisoning from this takeaway and was ill for weeks , our gp requested we sent off food samples to the local health and safety team which we did and still waiting from them , avoid with plague !

The fish are lovely, it's just a shame about the chips. They always look like they've been sat there all day, then warmed up. Please put more effort into your chips and I'll give a much better rating.
