KFC in Wigan

I ordered a classic fillet burger with sides. The burger was gray, the hash brown was also gray and it was cold. The burger looked like it was put to the side for a couple of hours. Someone should instruct the staff of how to properly cycle the burgers between the heat storage spaces so the burgers and food stays hot/warm. I ordered food from Robin Park KFC as a delivery in the past and it has come cold then as well which can be a let off considering it needs to be delivered however paying £9 for a burger IN THE ACTUAL RESTAURANT and having it come cold is unacceptable.

I am old school but had a go using one of the self ordering screens, only wanted a zinger meal but the app tries to steer you down the zinger box route. Finally sorted my order but no number was displayed on screen so when I went to collect, I had no idea which was mine. Luckily it was very quiet so got the correct meal. I remember when a standard zinger burger came with more than 12 fries. Burger was OK and good to see they don't fill your drink full of ice.

My good lady ordered some food, she got a trilogy box meal which was erm edible at least I got a zinger tower meal which was so horrible even my cat turned her nose up at it and she eats out of bins for god sake. Avoid go hungry, eat dust or something it will be tastier

Though the staff were lovely and the food good( although the gravy was, well, different) the restaurant itself was filthy. Tables and floor littered with debris. I am disabled and need a walking stick but felt unsafe on the ice rink style greasey floor! The toilets, an important part of any eatery are qierd to say the least, the male toilets are INSIDE the female!!! I'm open minded but really? Love a boneless banquet but will avoid this KFC from now on.

Possibly the worst KFC you could ever find. If you dine in / drive through it takes a life time to get your order and if you use online app to deliver (deliveroo) you are almost guaranteed they will forget half of your order. Don't know how they're still open.

Fake management and poor customer service. Missed items and changed items in our UberEats bag. The guy on the phone lack the flare of handling the problem. Disappointed, since I love KFC but fals down. Not ordering from there again.

Served chicken when ordered a vegan burger. Safe to say I am feeling very sick and have a bad stomach now. Do not order from here!

Visited on a Saturday evening (6th Nov '21). Walked in and most of the tables that were free were dirty. 30 minutes to get our food after ordering. Order was missing a drink and some of the food was cold. Atmosphere in the place was terrible due to the amount of unhappy customers. Won't be going back

Ordered on screen for table service but the staff just called our number constantly and I ended going up for my food which was cold. Took my grandson who is 3 to the toilets and was appalled at the state of the toilets there was an abundance of staff doing nothing when the toilets were in a disgusting state. He to I’llet brush was full of feaces the urinal was blocked and generally the toilet was filthy

Will not be coming back to this kfc! The chicken strip was over cooked and was as thin as paper 😂 all the chicken tasted like it had been soaking in oil. Didn't even finish the food it was that bad and to top it off they didn't even have any fizzy drinks 🤦‍♂️ worst kfc I've ever had !
