KFC - Pemberton in Wigan

The French fries were black because of old oil. The KFC at the retail park was much better.

Every time I go this place there is allways something rong had to go back twise tonight absolute jkz how hard is it to listen write down and give an order... jade was the manager... useless didnt know what a double chicken Burger is works in a chicken shops not just that it names says it all DOUBLE CHICKEN BURGER

Awful! Ingredients off of the burger missing, 12 chips in a large tower meal ?!?! Dirty tables and the place was empty so no excuse not to be clean

They were busy !!!!!! But really nice staff none the less

Disappointed as this was the first time I have had KFC but will never have it again. Chicken was dry and well done, staff were polite but they shouldn't talk and make fun about customers after they leave in front of other customers.

Just called in for a snack, love KFC, very tasty

Ridiculously slow service and someone complained the gravy was mouldy and my drink was still covered in frost from the freezerEdit: the frost was mixed with some weird substance and went all over my clothes when I was carrying the bottle to the car, stained my T-shirt and coat with white specks. This has to be the worst KFC,called in with my daughter to get her a meal to take out,8 members of staff working ,and we waited 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us,the staff member spoke in a mono toned voice,I knew she couldn't be bothered being in work,and I wasn't surprised that when I received my order, that it was wrong.

Too busy for the staff to handle. Long wait everytime I go here. Tables aren't clean and staff dont even have time for pleasantries. Food was fresh and tasty though so that's why I have it 3 stars

If there was a zero I would rather give it or may be a minus. The staff smoked outside came back and served food with the same hands without cleaning them. Food looked as if not fresh. No customer service ethics at all. The tables were all dirty as was the kitchen. Toilets all dirty and the tap was not working, disabled toilet in a mess as well. I think the owner doesn't care much as its a brand and sale will be there no matter what. The ice cream ordered was not what is being advertised. Sorry to say but not coming back again.
