KFC in Wigan

Absolute joke sat in queue 20 minutes no apologies no one coming out saying there will be a wait unfortuately we had to wiait because its drive through and there were cars behind us then to top it of half of what we were ordering was not available still sat in the queue 20 mins after ordering at the speaker this is really unacceptable

Repeatedly gets the orders wrong. After so many wrong orders I finally call them to be told, you can come and get the missing items!! Really if I'd have wanted to collect I wouldn't of had it delivered. Always seems to be the same thing, so kfc must be making a fortune for taking payments without having to provide the items blaming incompetent staff, obviously in my opinion. Either that or staff are getting plenty freebies. How difficult can it be to put items on a list in a bag! Manager seems OK to just give out a code to replace only the item missing, with no regard to the additional cost of my travel to redeem, to my time or generally the disappointment and inconvenience that not bagging an order up correctly caused.

Cut the chicken up a bit more please and don't add hair to the wife's zinger would help

Terrible food.. really small portions and prepared on old oil (just look for picture). This is a joke for £35.

Disgusting dry chicken burger..... KFC didn't even have lettuce

I ordered a classic fillet burger with sides. The burger was gray, the hash brown was also gray and it was cold. The burger looked like it was put to the side for a couple of hours. Someone should instruct the staff of how to properly cycle the burgers between the heat storage spaces so the burgers and food stays hot/warm. I ordered food from Robin Park KFC as a delivery in the past and it has come cold then as well which can be a let off considering it needs to be delivered however paying £9 for a burger IN THE ACTUAL RESTAURANT and having it come cold is unacceptable.

I am old school but had a go using one of the self ordering screens, only wanted a zinger meal but the app tries to steer you down the zinger box route. Finally sorted my order but no number was displayed on screen so when I went to collect, I had no idea which was mine. Luckily it was very quiet so got the correct meal. I remember when a standard zinger burger came with more than 12 fries. Burger was OK and good to see they don't fill your drink full of ice.

Served chicken when ordered a vegan burger. Safe to say I am feeling very sick and have a bad stomach now. Do not order from here!

Ordered on screen for table service but the staff just called our number constantly and I ended going up for my food which was cold. Took my grandson who is 3 to the toilets and was appalled at the state of the toilets there was an abundance of staff doing nothing when the toilets were in a disgusting state. He to I’llet brush was full of feaces the urinal was blocked and generally the toilet was filthy

Will not be coming back to this kfc! The chicken strip was over cooked and was as thin as paper 😂 all the chicken tasted like it had been soaking in oil. Didn't even finish the food it was that bad and to top it off they didn't even have any fizzy drinks 🤦‍♂️ worst kfc I've ever had !
