Almost 2 hours for delivery - missing items and dried up food. Don't waste your money - every chip had a black eyehole in it 🤦

Undercooked chicken!!@ do not buy from here. Shocking.

Absolutely shocking service. Order was 2 hours late and never arrived in the end. We had to ring 4 times to chase it up. First it was out for delivery, then it was delayed and then it was delivered. Rang a 4th time and they said they didn't have the order number. Called back again and the driver is saying he's delivered it to us... Yet after 2 hours of waiting for our food we've ended up going to MacDonalds instead. Absolutely shocking service and would not recommend.

Orded for 1st time, it was lovely! Fresh,hot,not salty like a lot of takeaways.My only negative if you can call it one, tooooo much food massive portion s! We would have been happy with 2/3 !Definitely our new delivery place.Thanks :))

First time trying this take away last night, I have an egg allergy so asked for special fried rice with no egg, when it arrived it had what looked like an omelette on top of it. Phoned them to complain and told them it could of killed me if I ate it, they apologised and sent somebody round with another, I was happy with this until when putting it on to my plate I noticed it was still full of little pieces of EGG!Thank God I noticed before I ate it or the Lucky Star could be getting sued for causing an anaphylactic reaction.Needless to say I'll never get food from there again and I'd advise anybody with allergies not to risk it, they clearly have no idea of the risks

If I could give zero stars I would.... food delivered on time but that's the only positive point I can give. Food was luke warm, salt and pepper chips were hard and not even cooked.... salt and pepper chicken was fatty. Will never order from here again.... absolutely DISGUSTING!!!!!

Chips are awful, full of black and green ones and are clearly re-fried. They are focused on quantity rather than quality. You get big portions but its all grim. Dreadful food hygiene rating too.

One of the best takeaways in the area, order through just eat and the food is always amazing. Great portion sizes, good value for money and they never forgot anything of our order. We would love to see them on the FoodHub app, which doesn't charge all the ridiculous subcharges that just eat do.

Avoid this Chinese, not only do they re fry chips, the woman who runs it is very aggressive, verbally attacking me after taking horrendous food back, denying the food was bad and saying she would feed greese balls aka 'chips' to her children because they were fine.. if i could post photos I would they where terrible! She also put the phone down on me mid phone call which in my opinion is very rude, never mind as customer service The initial service I couldn't fault, the staff member was lovely but that's as much positivity that came out of there. I actually felt sorry for her.
