Just had a delivery from these with Uber Eats. The food looks like it’s been thrown together, with a big finger hole through the burger & part of the order missing yet again. The staff here are most incompetent around & not fit to work for McDonald’s.DO NOT USE!

·

The food was absolutely disgusting, and the customer service was awful, I would not recommend this mcdonalds at all. you just waste your money.

·

ordered nearly 20 quid worth of food and when it arrived from just eat it was the complete wrong order and the food was cold along with them taking way too long to arrive , rang up and got hung up on and refusing to help losing money on my order too

·

Please do not order on Just Eat etc from here. Choose another location. I swear every single time we order via this way 100% of the time. The order is wrong. Something is missing. Never had a problem with any other McDonald's just this. So incompetent. If you go inside it's mad busy but this is expected with it being in the town centre.

Shame there isn't a 0 option. Entered for a quick burger as I had an appointment. Took 30 minutes no apologies no sorry just awful staff and poor organisation skills. Truly awful

·

Sometimes they are really organised and efficient but sometimes they are slow and the food comes out luke warm

Bleeergh, McDonalds!!The last refuge of the truly desperate.Short one.Restaraunt was clean.Staff were friendly and did their jobs. What I assume was a disgruntled manager was on the counter serving people and mouthing off to customers and staff a like, generally being an obnoxious and unprofessional cockend.1 star.

Love McDonald's, clean, friendly, helpful, tasty food, unfortunately when I've eaten in, strange bear growling noises from somewhere can be heard. Takeaway for me. Sozxx

Most of downstairs seating now touch screen ordering. Still tons of seats upstairs. No drive thru as its centre of town.

The Standishgate store is one of the busiest during the week. Avoid during 11.30am-1pm & around 3pm during the week as this is a rough time of lunch hour for college & school end time.Although its busy, I do feel that the store should be paying attention to the temperature of the fries they are giving out, or stop overloading the baskets, so your not serving fries that are lukewarm due to being sat there for more the 10mins, this was on the occasion this post refers too.The 2nd occasion, my daughter went to buy food while I stayed at college, this points to the chefs. Who need to follow their order screens more attentively. On her order she requested a crispy chicken & bacon wrap, NO TOMATO, the label said no tomato. But she still got a tomato. When she ordered mine just before leaving, the request was grilled chicken & bacon wrap, NO TOMATO! When she got back to college, I opened the wrapping & found it was crispy chicken with a huge slice of beefsteak tomato. My daughter had said no other wraps where being made or put on the warming racks, so either the screen has been ignored & a normal one has been made, or the packers had given out the wrong orders. Either way after sending fries back once & then this with wrap, I think I'll stick with subway when it comes to fast food in town.Your lucky neither of us are allergic to tomato seeds.
