McDonald's in Wigan

Absolutely terrible, aircon broke, boiler broke, touch screens broke, couldn't sit inside on the hottest day of the year!App wasn't working and 20 min wait for food, stood up as all the chairs were lay on the tables and even after 20 mins they still managed to get our order wrong

We order at this Macdonald's maybe 2/3 times a year, we never got complete order, everytime!!! Something is missing! Every Time!!We have ignored that before, but today again! My son wanted to eat some chicken nuggets, ok so my husband went to this "restaurant", bought a dinner for whole family and he came back without chicken nuggets 🙈 who is working there? He came back after missing nuggets, perfect, it's absolutely not a problem, COLD food still waiting for him 👌 good job!

The food was cold 1st time and 2nd time it seems they are not interested in the walk in people but if it is a uber order your the most Important person in their. We waited over 30 minutes for our order which wasn't right as I said it was cold the 2nd time we just drank our drinks left the food and walked out. Dontvthink well be back. Very disappointed.

Food was cold when they brought it to us, asked for it to be changed, yes not a problem. Waited 20 mins and asked another member of staff were our food was. They had forgotten about it. We did finally get some hot food.

Just spent £21.17 ordered a bbq big tasty came in the correct box but once home i open it to discover a chicken burger... ordered 2 coke classic and got diet coke ordered 4 medium fries with meals.. got 3 !! Just rang up to be told bring it back.. unacceptable !!

Don’t waste your time with a delivery from here, it’s always wrong. We spent £40 and received a happy meal, 5 Mayo chickens and a box of veggie dippers! Half the order missing. My partner then had to WALK there because they apparently don’t know how to pick up a phone!

Worst service I have ever had. Firstly, the screen on the drive-through was not working so I cou.d not see my order plus the girl said nothing. I swiped my card. I collect my order but no sauces were provided that I asked for. I was also given somebody else's meal too. I was not given a receipt either. I checked how much I was charged in my bank app. I was overcharged for 2 meals. I told the girl I had been overcharged AND had to ask for my refund. The refund was wrong- I was short changed!Next, I realised their refund was completely wrong as I was still owed more than £5 back. It ruined my meal as I had to go back to the Mc Donald's and go in to ask for the rest of myy I was owed.The girl at the desk was defensive - unprofessional. She got her manager. The manager told me the Happy Meal was £4.36!! I get them regularly -from other Mc Donald's and have NEVER been charged this but I did not want any more trouble so said nothing. In the end the manager actually does not give me all the rest of my refund owed! He apologised but the least he could have done was refunded my Happy Meal. One mistake is fine but I have never come cross mistake after mistake and still rnot receive my full refund!Totally unprofessional at this particular Mc Donald's, clearly poor training given to staff and absolute lack of care for customer service. I will never go to this particular Mc Donald's again. What a stressful experience!!

When you order for delivery through Ubereats or Just eat you can guarantee your order will be wrong or missing items. This is a photo of what I got. I ordered extras to go on the McMuffin. It should of had 3 sausage, 3 eggs and 3 cheese. It was dripping with grease too.

Waited 10 to approx 15 mins for food supposed to be FAST FOOD. Also realised why the food is always luke warm/nearly cold when delivered by uber eats see the photo these bags were left on a unheated tray from when i arrived and were still there when i left 15 minutes later i saw one uber picking from this but all the bags in the photo stayed there all the time so by the time you get them now you know why theyre the temperature they are.

Slow service and staff attitude was poor. Waited 15 mins and only one other customer ahead of me. Delivery drivers are given prority. Attempted to give me acold coffee so I politely requested it to ne made fresh, it was but served with attitude and then she had to be reminded I had also ordeted a col drink. Poor experience. Hope I never have to use them again.
