Total joke ordered at 11.05 pm to be told 45 min to 1hr rang bk 12.10 to be told leaving in 5 minutes to ring bk at 12.40 would not answer to my number so called off a different to be answered to its still in shop had to cancel order as by the time the food is here would of been stone cold will not be ordering from agen and would not recommend

Charged us £18 for a garlic bread & donner meat and chips. Clearly taking advance of people on a night out . Won't be coming here again !

I ordered a pasta dish at 9.03 PM and got it at 11.28 PM, over 2 and a half hours later. I understand it gets busy, but I do think it's unfair to keep someone waiting for their food for TWO AND A HALF HOURS.The pasta in itself was decent and hot.Will order again, just hope I won't have to lose sleep over it.

Shithouses, gave me old dry chicken meat was too tough, worst chicken burger ive ever had! Never going in again!

No meat in meat feast ripping off the end of the evening stagglers, i was unlucky only opened pizza once home.

Lovely place to walk your dog or take the kids or .aybe just a little alone time, somewhere to meditate.

Had far to many problems with this place. Will not be returning.Problems1. Ordered and meal was missing. Phone ask where It was. Told sorry we forgot we will send it next time u order.2. Separate occasions but repeat of the first problem.3. Meal was overcooked (it was like a rock). Phone to tell them and they complained over the phone that it wasn't overcooked at all and started screaming. Saying I was lieing.

Food took over an hour to arrive. Got order wrong. Rang to complain. Told that they would send another. Never turned up and phone busy all night. No food for tea. Shocking. Never again.

Overcooked food. If you are drunk enough you won't complain about their food. Also their donner meat is very bonnie as well. #wigan #justeat #food #Overcooked
