Great service from a friendly member of the team.My decaf flat white was served to my table .Enough space to keep socially distanced.Gorgeous selection of festive cakes, muffins and savouries.Great atmosphere with a choir singing carols just opposite!

Best coffee shop in the centre of Wigan. Worth nipping into the Grand Arcade if for nothing else Great staff, friendly service and great coffee

After an afternoon of shopping on Wednesday my feet were killing me and I was feeling all hot and bothered. Thought I would pop in to Muffin Break in Wigan and take the weight of my trotters! I was served by Julie whose customer service was fantastic. She gave me some great advice on the different frappe and despite it being late in the day was a total delight; she was smiley, happy and even threw in a joke. I recommend popping in; it will make your day, she is a credit to this little coffee shop 😉☕

Would normally go upstairs but all full so decided to try this one. Way too expensive for what it is. Couldn't finish my food or coffee as it just wasnt sitting well. And as someone with a food intolerance, having to pay extra for soya milk, is ridiculous 🙄. Customer service also not the greatest.

Called in for a cake & coffee. Both great. Staff very nice. Waiting time about 3 minutes in busy day.
