Nando's in Wigan

Food ok it's just overpriced chicken really. Drinks machine only serving 3 types of drink not good when should be 6. Our first ever visit will be our last disappointing meals.

My favourite chicken liver is back! They threw in the mango vegan ice cream for free. Very glad that they included a vegan burger in their menu. I’d have preferred if they didn’t pull the blind down. Wanted to soak up all the sunshine while indulging into a delicious Easter Friday lunch.

Great location. We had lunch on a Saturday and although the restaurant was busy enough, we still managed to get a table without any issues. Customer service was also great ☺️ will definitely return and would recommend 👍

got to nandos lady was very rude who was on the door seating people she told us there would be a 40 minute wait and to leave our details and she would message once our table was ready, we never received a message they didn't even bother letting us know so we didn't have nandos. if i could give 0 stars i would.

Imagine if Nando’s actually had your food collection ready for the time slot you’ve booked and not 20+ minutes after. If your busy don’t offer the time slots. Simple.

Light airy restaurant polite staff and the usual Nandos offering. We enjoyed the meal. Only issues was the cleanliness of the cutlery a little dirty that just needed a good wipe. All in All nice meal nice place.

Service was terrible. Waited over 25 minutes for them to bring over glasses so we can have a drink. They lost our order. Didn't appolgise for the wait. Just bad customer service skills.

Paid £8.25 for a sunset burger for it to come out looking like it could cluck at me and lay me an egg, would not recommend at all

Visited Wednesday afternoon 17th November about 3.30 - no waiting for a table and restaurant not busy (getting busier when we left). Friendly and efficient waitress (Katie) and glasses and food arrived without too much of a wait so no problems. Decent size portions and the hot items were hot. Would visit again !!

The lady at the entrance seemed really polite however the restaurant policy doesn't seem in any way right or effective. Told there is a wait for food but while there are countless tables available we are not aloud to sit in to wait for food. This just doesn't seem fees able as we could have been spending money on drinks in the meantime. Very strange way to operate a restaurant.
