Orford Jubilee Neighbourhood Hub Cafe in Wigan

It is a nice clean modern and friendly health centre.

Very disorganised supposed to have a class but it was cancelled and no one told me so was left waiting for 10min until I told them. Also when you call them they don't answer the phone. So wasted half an hour for nothing.

after 1 year , the sauna is still not working!!!!!! OUT OF ORDEROnly steam room :⛔Unbearable burning hot is inside!!!!the temperature is set incorrectly you can only stay inside with the door slightly open!!! So not health and safety. ❗❗everyone complains about the heat in the steam room that burns their skin.⛔there are no suspended watch for guests to check their stay time. only the screw protrudes from the wall.⛔There are no curtains in the shower who might want wearing towel in the sauna/steam( and not in a plastic swim suit)the light  is broke into the shower and does not light up.⛔Cleaness!!we were horrified by the cleanliness of the changing room.showers also didn't work as they should. It was the cleanliness that really shocked me, it looked like it hadn't had a deep clean for a long time, with brown marks and rust apparent everywhere.Top of the changing room wall never ever clean. Went gor covid booster. Absolutely no signs to direct you.... oh actually there is, sending you to the back of the building that is locked up.

I could not believe the amount of water that has gathered in the car parking area's. Some spots where so deep in water they couldn't be used. The hub itself was fine and the covid booster team were great.

With my wife having an appointment very airy and bright, nice and clean the staff are busy but friendly. A Subway on the bottom floor watching the dog walkers on the field, a pleasant place considering it busy with people attending appointments

So glad the Jubilee has reopened. I particularly enjoy my swim and, although currently, you have to book I really enjoy it. The staff are pleasant and helpful. Worth joining if you enjoy regular exercise.
