Waited over an hour and a half for the order to arrive, when it finally stated it was out for delivery it took a further 30 minutes before we got a notification to say the order had been cancelled. But payment had already been taken.Called the restaurant immediately to see what what going on, without me even having to tell them my address they knew exactly who I was and said that the driver had been ringing us for 15 minutes and couldn’t get hold of us nor find our address. We had no missed calls and had been waiting for them to arrive as they had said it was out for delivery for half an hour. They asked for my phone number again and stated they would get it out to us straight away, no phone call was made once again and we waited even longer for the food. When it eventually arrived 40 minutes late, it was cold and disappointing. They claimed that our phone was off and they had been waiting for us but the phone was on the whole time and no apology was made.Won’t order again

Used to be brilliant but not any more. Looked forward every week for our Saturday night take away. On more than one occasion the order was wrong and took hours to arrive.

Slow service, had to phone back has half the order was missing after being charged for it. Waited nearly an hour for the rest of it to be delivered. Staff were rude on the phone and practically had to force an apology out of them. Won't be going there again for a long time.

After being recommended Peking Palace, I thought I'd give it a try considering a local favourite Peter don't deliver.I can honestly say it's probably one of the worst I've ever tried and would not recommend at all. I really hate giving bad reviews but I honesty is always the best policy.£13.50 with delivery, delivery arrived 20 minutes late, I was surprised especially by the small portions for the price, springs rolls were described as crispy they were soggy and filled with pretty much nothing, tasted like they were bought from a shop and warmed up, only 4 in the bag aswel. The rice was nice but not soft, the curry was okay, but very watery, chicken tasted unusual. Please don't waste your money here, this is nothing compared to Peters chippy.Never again.

They sent the wrong order and then when they finally agreed to change it. They wanted to charge me for the replacement. Really disappointed because I've used this place before. Seriously disappointed in the service

This has been our favourite Chinese for a few years, however tonight we ordered and we’re beyond disappointed. We ordered a combination starter the seaweed was missing there was only 1 rib and the prawn toast was wet and soggy. We order special Szechuan and it was salty so spicy and stone cold!!We ordered special vermicelli it was a different mix full of odd tasting mushrooms and the chow mien, chips and rice were freezing. So disappointing.

1 star simply because google is feeling generous, certainly not us. Roughly £20 of food going in the bin, feel a need to apologise to the dog cause a bit of burger even somehow flopped apart and fell on the floor which the dog then ate...poor boy! Only thing passable about it was the chips. Honestly wish I could say something decent but honestly contender for worst takeaway in Wigan (potentially even greater Manchester). I will look at McDonalds as gourmet food by Michelin trained chefs from now on after this.
