Pizza Hut in Wigan

Lovely welcoming staff extremely friendly especially to away football fans. Lovely food. Highly recommend to others. Ladies were extremely helpful & gave fantastic directions.

Pathetic!! Rang up to check it wasnt too busy and nothing was said about payment. Turned up with a wallet full of money and my party to be told NO CASH ACCEPTED. I explained i only had cash and they said they could not serve us. Pretty sure its illegal to refuse legal tender!

My daughter ordered she said they were helpful on the phone friendly professional and kindI went to pick up the ladies on tonight were brilliant 👏 funny ,professional, thoughtfulHighly recommended

Was seated quickly but was kept waiting for drinks and plates. Had to go and get our own dessert bowls after asking 3 times and waiting till half the party had finished theirs. Food was hot and nice but service let it down.

Don't think I'll ever choose to go back to a pizza hut. Food was "meh" at best, and I've had some decent experiences in the past. Ordering through your phone when there's waitresses waiting by their computer to bring you the correct glass or plate is a disaster as it's never clear what you need to add on as an extra, like a drink! Couldn't get out of there quick enough.

After sitting down was told could only use the app for payment and orders as no card machine for the last week. No problem for me, but staff showing people how to set the app took a long time. Saying that the pizza was very nice.

Good place but hate having to order online - in fact I never can as no wifi. This is such a pain. It’s not the staffs fault so please sort it out Pizza Hut

No soap in the ladies toilet. Was literally just water and considering were in a pandemic, I thought this was abit disgusting.No Ice cream. Tried to order fries via the app only to be told they had run out. No garlic bread.The pizza base was thinner then normal.Only giving 1 star because the staff were friendly.

Any where in the world Pizza Hut is my family favourite.

Staff was very friendly and helpful but a bit strict when asking for thingsI asked for some jalepenos, and was told I'm not allowed them as they are only for putting on pizza's and not for ordering??? Well that's newThe bluffet, I was told I can only order 1 at a time, they was a little slow, and the pizza base was really hard to cut, it was as if they was pre cooked then frozen then microwaved on ordering.Definitely would recommend the Middlebrook one over WiganP.S there was only me and my wife in the restaurant too, so I'd understand if they was busy, but they was notWould I go backYes if Middlebrook was closed
