Pound Bakery in Wigan

Slowly increasing prices so not really the poundbakery...

Only tend to buy the cakes as not too keen on the pies or pasties. Very reasonable though.

Staff very help full. Friendly too..😎😎

Plenty of on the go food. Pies, sandwiches and meal deals.

Just bought a small loaf. It was really nice. I've not tried the pies. I'm guessing if you can make a pie for a pound then the meat has to be pretty cheap stuff.

Honestly, you get what you pay for. Cheap products are small and made using cheap ingredients. If this food is all that you can afford then you will enjoy it, but if you are accustomed to more filling and tastier food, you will not enjoy these products. Try elsewhere for better quality ingredients and a far more filling and tastier product 👍🏻

love the cheap price orientated food. i like the sausage rolls from here, 2 for £1 and decent sized at that too, very nice.dont bother with the sandwhichs from here though, i went for a chicken sandwhich, and that stuff that i thought was chicken was not chicken, but massive blobs of butter made to look like chicken lol i guess thats how they cut costs to justify the low prices.

You can't beat them on price, and basic good value... Cheap filling pasties, and pies. (Bavarian slices, personal fave.) Shame there all up North.

Has to be one of the cheapest places to eat. Service is always quick, and never had a complaint. Particularly like the veggie sausage rolls! Staff friendly, it’s just a simple place selling basic pastries pies and sandwiches
