Subway in Wigan

Not a great visit today, Purchased 2 sandwiches 1 drink & a bag of crisps. This meant that one came as a meal deal offer, but the other one didn't. The cashier didn't bother explaining why or any offers so in the end I paid more. Discovered later the 2nd sandwich was rung up as the wrong item.Taste was average at best. The restaurant floor was very messy as they only spray tables, nobody sweeping up. Looks like they need more staff on per shift.

Always a good service. Staff are very friendly and helpful. No long wait times even at busy times. Food is always good

Always delicious, always fresh, always good service, staff are always lovely and cheery. There's a lady who works in your wigan standishgate branch who always coos over my little girl, she's so lovely and my daughter, who is 4 always says I like that lady, she's a nice lady. I really need to get her name so I can name her for recognition of her brilliant customer service. Thanks again subway!

15 minute wait as the 2 staff were busy doing orders for the Uber and just eat drivers.No meatless meatballs.No spicy cheeseWalked out hungry.

Slow service as they had 1 server just dedicated to just eat or user east not helping on the counter. This results in a longer wait.

Doesn't open til after 9 so don't bother if you want a brekky before work... never has egg for breakfast rolls...not worth bothering anymore

Wonderful staff! I have major food allergies and find it very hard to eat out. However my daughter's wanted Subway and said they're really helpful. The young man who served me was extremely helpful, once I said I had food allergies, he washed his hands, changed his gloves and helped me with what I could eat. For once I didn't feel like I was a pest! Brilliant service! Thank you

I love this store. It makes the whole area surrounding the store smell so good. The staff are always in a good positive mood, even when the queue is out the door. They don't panic, everyone stays calm and make a great butty! (or salad if that's your thing) The only downside is on busy days there isn't always somewhere to sit.

Where is the button for negative stars? This establishment doesn't deserve one star! Before reading, bear in mind that I worked in Subway myself.- Sandwich artists were extremely disorganized. Two people on the same station (out of three) during a huge queue. First S.A. didn't offer to toast my sandwich, so I had to wait extra for the second one to do it after she was done with putting salad on the previous sandwich.- I had two subs, so I told the S.A. I wanted the same on both. She proceeded to make only one, while the other S.A. asked me what I wanted at the same time as the first one was asking me.-Meatballs have a shelf life of 6 hours. Clearly, this establishment doesn't know that, as I've been served some foul meatballs, which had definitely been out for much longer than that, as they were dry and very, very, VERY hard.-None of the salad was fresh. It looked like it had gone off several days before.-Sandwiches looked like they were put together with the S.A.'s feet and proceeded to fall apart on the table as I picked them up.-Napkins were dropped on top of my meatball sub, so obviously they were dirty with marinara before I could use them.N E G A T I V E S T A R S

First time I have used a Subway and will be my last. I asked for BLT and I explained what it was. Being my first experience of Subway, I had to ask about the different options available to which the staff member serving me looked disinterested and gave abrupt replies. Sat down to eat my tiny sandwich, which was not worth the money, to find the meat in my sandwich was not bacon at all and I was not even informed that they don't have bacon. If I'm paying for a sandwich, I wish to at least be told what's on it instead of giving me something I didn't ask for. Poor service all round.
