Brilliant experience with the hot rock plates, food is really nice. The Sunday dinners look 10/10 so I’ll be coming back for that. Fair prices as the food is great and also a brilliant service. Some cracking mid week offers

Wow...absolutely loved it here. We went to celebrate a birthday and was in a large party but that didn't slow down service or quality. We had mixed grill and rump steak both on hot rocks and toffee with honeycomb cheesecake and raspberry white chocolate creme brule. Everything was so nice and a experience cooking steak myself on the rock. Chips where really nice fluffy and crispy. Both deserts where stunning. Only down fall is drinks a bit expensive but we will go back again.

Had our wedding here... wish I hadn't bothered. Don't get me wrong, food was nice but the service received both prior and on the day was awful! Really put a dampner on what should have been our special day.Firstly, decorations which had been approved weren't put out prior to arrival...with staff saying that we couldn't use them. We had explained how we wanted other decorations and these weren't done correctly. We had asked whether a couple of family members could set up the room prior to the wedding and we were told no..I wish we had stood our ground and gone so that the decor would have been done nicely- it was like they had done the bare minimum and it looked that way!The staff were rude at the party afterwards (especially towards our DJ), some members hadn't finished their meal and we were being ushered upstairs so that they could open the restaurant downstairs (even though we had paid to close it), party ended finishing an hour earlier than planned because the bar was closed early.Also, we recently attended here recently for a christening and the bar staff were arguing with the host of the christening, a manager would not come to speak to her and she ended up getting really upset...at her own daughters christening! The decorations hadn't been put up and were then told that half of them had to be taken down after watching them put them up around the room. Food that was ordered came out incorrect but staff didn't seem to care.It's a real shame because food is okay and the rooms are nice but the staff/service is what gives this review a 1*. I would go elsewhere if looking for somewhere for a function!

The area its in is a bit scruffy but don't let that put you off, the restaurant is lovely inside and the food was amazing. Not the best bao buns I've ever had, but the main of chicken and dauphinoise potatoes were delicious 😋

I am having a meal with my wife and can't explain how humbled I have been today. What lovely staff and witnessed such lovely service where a lady was on her own. The staff was so attentive and even linked her arm at the end of the meal to escort her out. This place deserves a massive 👏 and more. Very well done to you and your staff.

Cannot fault the place! One of the best experiences! Food arrived quickly, all of the staff were lovely and polite! Was not waiting, was not disappointed, everything was delicious and fab priced with the amazing deals on too! First time going for my mums birthday and it won’t be my last! Loved the food, experience and people! Even though it was really busy we were not waiting around for anything! Highly recommend, steaks were perfect! So juicy and smooth, hands down best steak! I need to go back for a 12oz now😋 thank you to all the staff and chefs

My party of 8 had Christmas lunch at 2.30pm. My meal was very good and the service was attentive.

Not had a steak in years. My 12 year old wanted to try one and my in laws wanted to treat him to one so I went along too. We all ordered a hot rock fillet steak. Food arrived quickly and you got cooking it yourself. Brilliant stuff, my lad loved it as did I. I'm sure he will want a return visit, as will I! Lovely food.
