Tesco Cafe in Wigan

The breakfasts here have gone down hill.

Can be very slow service,stingy with butter and jam.Staff pleasant

Awful. Drink cold. Bacon fatty. Hash browns greasy. Beans had a skin on. Sausage tasteless. Never again

Disappointed, wrong food brought first then right food but poor presentation!!!!

Always run out of food items ,and give the same excuse every time as to didn't receive delivery. Food is also served a bit cold . Prices have gone up and service is getting poor day by day.The staff too is a bit confused at times . The old staff was much better.

Pleasant staff and excellent value with voluntary continuation of governments "Eat out to Help out" scheme. Food was of generally good quality for Cafe fayre

The staff at Tesco cafe, Wigan were very helpful today in warming baby food up in the microwave and supplying hot water. Three of us had lunch, which was very nice and not too expensive. My husband had a fruit scone, I had quorn sausage on wholemeal toast and my daughter in law had the sausage children's meal.

Cracking little cafe, had the big breakfast and was not disappointed, food hit and well cooked, nice decent sized coffee and sat at a table overlooking the small river/canal to the side. Weather outside was sleet and windy so this was a really pleasant place to be. Staff happy and friendly so could not ask for more!

Expensive complicated distant menu selection, food dried out due to being kept under powerful warming cabinets. A typical breakfast will cost over £6 and I for one can't afford that, and lunch is as expensive as a restaurant meal.

I like it here. A good selection and a friendly welcome that Wiganers are great at.I went with my mum who loves the fact that they can do smaller portions for her smaller appetite (same price though hence only 4 stars).
