Ellie and Carl are fantastic hosts and always go above and beyond to help their customers. I'd most definitely recommend anyone in Standish or just visiting to call in and sample the fantastic drinks they gave on offer.

Went there to donate stuff for Ukraine, the landlord welcomed us and thanked us, he gave up a room of his pub which was three quarters full, if the rest of our country is half what this man is doing its a good lifeline for our friends.

A family run pub with fantastic hosts. Quiz nights, karaoke, live acts, meet up with friends or relax with a quiet drink in the centre of Standish, it also has a large beer garden. Me and my husband, and local friends love to visit.

Cracking Pub in the Heart of Standish. Weekend live entertainment, quiz night on Tuesday belting laugh. Great atmosphere and very nice staff

Pub is nice but for the love of god can somebody train the staff how to pour a Guinness!? Two part pour and tilt it don’t just lay it flat and pour it in one go

Lovely pub in the heart of Standish , before covid the Juke box and pool table was an absolute gem , I'm sure after covid it will be too. Has the proper pub feeling inside and also has a large outside beer garden for the summer
