The Honeysuckle Inn in Wigan

After having been evacuated from our home due to it being to dangerous to live in we had to stay at the Premier Inn wigan.All the staff are so welcoming and friendly and nothing is to much trouble for them.The rooms are lovely and clean and comfortable. I'd like to thanks all the staff from Will the manager Cath Amanda Jackie and becky to many to name all and especially the house keeping staff a wonderful team and would highly recommend a stay here weather long or short.youll feel right and home and the food is fantastic too thanks again to all.for making our stay so enjoyable

Great service warm and welcoming customer staff always saying hi and bye when leaving the hotel. Not a bad word to say.

Dean - Night reception+ was an absolute superstar. What a pleasure. Kind, welcoming and just an all round good human. Clean rooms great staff.

Great accommodation, the staff were very helpful. I had a good night's sleep. The only thing was the shower. It was not very powerful. That would be my only complaint.

The place was horrendous, staff were generally ok and nice but all the hallways after the reception and dining area smelt of cigarettes, the lift was borderline broken (well the one still running), walked into the room and instantly got hit with the smell of cigarettes and then opened the bathroom door and it all stank of cigarettes, if u turned on the ac (which we needed) made a racket and stank the place even more, and couldn’t even open the windows for proper fresh air. However, the room was generally clean and a decent size but the bed was too easy to move and didn’t have good plug space. Would give lower if I could

Excellent. Comfortable and clean. The staff were lovely and helpful and the breakfast was great. We stayed an extra night just to make sure 😆

Great location for the town centre. A little disappointed with room. The heating didn't seem to work, the shower in the bathroom wasn't great and the extractor fan didn't work. The rest was usual Premier Inn standard, clean and comfy.

I already posted an excellent stay message on Trip Advisor. Just noticed Goggle reviews so just to say I had an excellent time spent at this Wigan Central Premier Inn. I Visited on Monday 29th November until Thursday 2nd December. Brilliant helpful staff and Kath, Amanda and the excellent chef Rachael made it more than nice time. Best ever cooked breakfasts and evening meals from excellent chef Rachael. Brilliant friendly from Kath and Amanda. Also good and friendly service from Will, Tom and Jo. Looking forward to my next visit this year and hopefully soon. Many Thanks to you all

Great hotel. Bed really good had a great nights sleep. The best location as it was not within a stones throw of any shops so I couldn’t sneak down for some naughty snacks whilst I’ve just started my diet to be stacked for summer. Will stay again

I stayed there on a school trip with 44 secondary pupils. One of them left the tap running and flooded the place. The staff were absolutely incredible and dealt with it all. The boys involved had to bunk in with others and the staff were actually apologising to me that they didn't have another room available. Once again, a huge thank you to the staff, you were brilliant!
