Yates Leigh in Wigan

Not great when you don't get the dish you order then things missing when you do get what you order..disappointed

Excellent since it's reopening food and staff spot on .the battered halloumi chips and mushy peas is really nice

I enjoyed the draft beer here. Staff serving tables friendly and huge TVs with pretty good food. Lady at bar kept serving the locals before us which was annoying. This narcked the wife!! Otherwise okay pub. Can't say I'd rush back to go again...

Had the all day breakfast which included a flat mushroom only got half and that was small only half a tomato as well. My partener decided on the pie and chips no gravy no peas admittingly they were not on the menu but the plate would have looked so much nicer. Glad I had the breakfast pity about the mushroom . Otherwise would go again. No craft beers on which was a bit weird. Maybe there is no market for them in Leigh.

Bar manager was rude and confrontational when we were made unsatisfactory drinks. Very unhappy, would not go back. Avoid if possible unless you like aggressive attitude and a hostile environment

A little down at heal, but really good value drinks. Food, erm, no. It’s really not good. Good quiz night.

Great place, cheap drinks and good for Sports TV. Go with friends every Thursday for the quiz night which is the highlight of the week in this bar. Would have give 5 Stars but do think a refurb is needed ✌

Food is OK, you get what you pay for. Atmosphere is terrible. We had a small child with us and was told on 3 separate occasions we had to leave at 7. Made us feel very unwelcome

Cheap beers, low quality but very cheap food, ideal for a quick treat. Great for getting out for a couple of hours, but not really a place to impress your mates.

Good food and drinks with really good prices. It was my first visit and would not hesitate to return. All in all a very pleasant experience.
