Ordered food at 5:30pm. Food didn't arrive then got an update from ubereats saying no later than 7:30pm. This came and went. Managed to get hold of someone in the restaurant and they hadn't even made the order. My food hadn't even been sent out. I was told it will take another 30 minutes. I cancelled the order. Would never order from here again.

I think that this place is operating as Ali’s on JustEat. If that is not the case, please ignore what follows. We have ordered from them several times and have never been disappointed. Their Tandoori Chicken is top notch, as are their Rogan Josh and Biryanis. Prices very reasonable and delivery always on time and cheery. We will be ordering again soon!

Didn't call or update the uber eats app and my food didnt show up. Was abrasive when I called.

Do Not Order from here!Food was late, my lamb was chewy and the chicken was extremely dry. I'd rather eat cubes of my own sweat!When I called the restaurant they seemed annoyed I rang chasing my order. Extremely Poor food and customer service

Know these r busy times but ordered at 7.06pm and it is now 21.28pm giving them 10 more mins then im making toast not happy. 1hour later when food did arrive tbf was really nice.

Food didn't get delivered for 2 hours, portions are tiny, rice was dry, food had no flavour, and found plastic in the chicken tikka masala, would not recommend anybody ordering from this place, i would suggest amir's balti house or little India.

Absolutely disgraceful service, or no service at all. They Do not understand a word you say. We ordered a takeaway to our hotel. We were told a cost of order and how long it would take. We waited patiently an additional 20 minutes longer than they had said. After 20 minutes we phoned up, reasonably annoyed by this point we were told the order would be a further 20 minutes and they had put the price up by £4?!! Not good enough, we ensured them that we had already agreed a price and they would not except this. Do not use this ‘fast’ food service as you WILL be disappointed

food came well earlier than stated which might explain why it tasted so bad! they must have rushed it and forgotten to put half the ingredients in because my curry was just watery blandness, no taste what so ever with hardly any meat in it either! although my wife's curry had some taste unfortunately it wasn't a pleasant one! will never use this curry house again! total waste of £20

Delivered well within the advised time bracket.The food was that good it made me moist and i still remain damp to the touch 9 days later.
