Asda Cafe in Wirral

The customer service is out of this world! I hope ASDA will take action and fix the problems 0 stars.The customer service lady was ignoring me as I wasn't there for more than 5 minutes. I waited for an eye contact and when it happened and I asked for help with my order she said that she can't help me. I am an ubereats driver and I wanted to pick up the order which was on the desk. The tablet was next to it and the scanner for the order was next to the tablet. I asked her, WHY? And she referred me to her colleague. Finally I have the order and I am walking away and with the corner of my ear I've heard her asking her colleague to report me because I called her a lier. Then I went back and we started arguing. I asked for the manager but instead I received two security guys asking me to leave because I was aggressive. I left. I went back 2 hours later to speak with the manager. He said that he can't help me because from the CCTV footage it appears that I am aggressive, pointing fingers and so on. As per our conversation with the customer service there is no audio only CCTV video footage. Now I am banned from ASDA. I don't know what to do! I've never been treated like that in other Asdas.Asda headquarters said sorry can't help!The woman behind the till provoked me by saying that I called her a lier. When I tried to defend my self and asked for the manager I received two security guards. They kindly escorted me out of the store for being aggressive and raising my voice. Later the manager said that from the footage I appear to be aggressive pointing fingers and so on. But I think that the store has to prove that I called her a liar. The fact that she accused me made me angry and I was trying to defend myself. I was refused to see the manager at that time. There is no sound recording, only video, which is not enough.Well done ASDA!Eliminate the angry customers and carry on!That was the way to deal with unhappy customers in former communist countries.

Could find what I needed and was quickly through the checkout area. Could do with either more time allowed for.packing at the checkout or a designated crush free area to be able to do the bag packing in peace.

Always well trained and very polite staff.Always very roomy for me on my Scooter getting around and NOT getting in anybody's way.Always fresh produce and fish. Great store to shop at.

Call to day lots of people in store. Not a lot of tills open. But well stocked.out good parking. Very helpful staff. great security are very professional and helpful will call again soon Brian

Lovely store, go there alot but the outside needs some love. At the far end of the car park there is trash, mattresses and a dead seagull. So much litter and graffiti & moss on the outside of the car park area too.

Large, well sized and spacious. Only downside is when you’re trying to go through isles and people just ignore ire you being stood there. Staff are wonderful.

Staff decided to have a long conversation about random things during and after the customer had payed holding up the entire line for no reason. She didn't even apologise for the delay and treated the next 4 transactions as if they were an inconvenience to her while still trying to talk to the other customer.

Good prices and practically everything you need for for/household goods .only downside they've reduced the number of assisted tills to self scanning.

Everything you need in one big place love shopping here all products I have bought all been brilliant and staff are superb family and welcome if you need help with anything you need find if you need travel by bus perfect for you bus virtually stops outside place and taxis are always qued up at side building ready for customers take them home car park aswell so bus car traveling your fineTravel by feet then taxis there anyway highly recommend

Frozen "fresh" doughnuts ,what's that about Asda . When I complain get no reply,phone the shop and you can't get to speak to anyone . I will go elsewhere for home delivery now after showing nearly 3 years of loyalty to Asda
