Caffe Nero in Wirral

Great coffee, staff fab, very friendly professional and luvly, bless them!

A nice place for a quiet cup of coffee. There is usually a seat available, the coffee is good and staff friendly.

Actually a nice place with majoratively good food for snacks with coffee. Good customer service unlike some other stores. I would recommend this above all other in Birkenhead.

Nice little pit stop to recharge your batteries. Clean shop, friendly staff, delicious drinks.

Good coffee shop in the centre of Birkenhead, beside the shops and market. I sat inside and got a lovely chocolate orange donut and cappuccino. Upstairs was closed off, making it difficult to get a table downstairs. I got a small table beside the toilet, so I didn't stay as long as I wanted. There was seating free outside, but I found it was too cold to sit out.

always a great spot for me and my family. The brown haired barrister is super nice, friendly and welcoming and all in all just makes our visit just that bit better, so thank you!

Coffee was fine and food, but a young male member of staff had finished his shift and was saying goodbye to his 2 female colleagues. He said goodbye 3 times and they both carried on chatting ignored him, this made me feel so sorry for him. He was a lovely polite young man I ended up saying bye and thank you to him 😔

Nice cup of coffee, I gotta admit. Friendly service, not too pricy either, for a cafe that is. And you can sit outside!

One of the best friendly Nero team ever.Great to wake up on a chilly Saturday morning to a smile from the barista. All Working hard during this shambolic time. Well done team & extra thanks to those who work extra to keep the place open 🙏🏽🙌🏽

Excellent service. Excellent coffee. Relaxing atmosphere.
