Casa Mia Pizza in Wirral

I ordered this and spent 27 pounds and they only give me 1 item and that was pizza Plus my friend used to work here and said that it is really a two star rating but they printed out a five star rating label and she also said that rats run around and eat the food when it’s ice but they still fry it

Food arrived within 20 minutes. Piping hot.Presentation was spot on.I ordered a Veggie Burger, which was packed wirh salad and sauce and the bun was good quality and nicely toasted. It did fall apart when picking up and the burger was only warm, but excitable as was full of ingredients.The Spicey Chicken Wings were moist but crispy wirh a little kick but not too much.Cheesey Chips were plentiful and hot. Too much red salt for me and a bit overpowering, but no doubt perfect for most people.Overall very happy with the experience and food and defo use again.The driver was polite and rang me when he was outside.Cant ask for much more to be fair.

Ordered on line food came but the was food missing . Phoned straight back told us 20 minutes still waiting 1 hour later phoned back again still not gone out sorry were busy . They made the mistake and were left with out a meal never use these again very poor service

We walked into the shop and ordered like the old days! Food was freshly prepared for us so we were waiting 15-20 minutes but it's so delicious! So much cheese on the pizza, the cheesy garlic bread is to die for and the red salt on the chips is delicious 👌 I heated up leftover pizza in the toastie maker (2 slices turned inward on each other) with garlic granules sprinkled in between the slices and oh my god 😍 you need to order just for that! If you have a cheese addiction like me you'll love it here

Did not use intercom as requested. Food arrived 25 mins earlier than just ear estimate. Phone was out of reception therefore when they called. Restaurant was then rude when calling. Refused to send driver out again or refund the meal. Waiting for just eat to investigate now as they reported the food as delivered and the order completed. Disgusting service. Well no service at all just theft to be honest. Avoid this place at all costs!

Ordered via telephone 10 minutes before I arrived at the shop one customer before me who walked in at the same time I was asked what my order was the fella didn’t have a clue then remembered a second later I waited a further 5 minutes could only see the other persons order being prepared after I ordered 15 minutes ago and 10 minutes before this customer only to my horror another customer came in ordered and got there food before me he was only waiting 5 minutes. after 30 minutes of waiting I walked out in anger very poor customer service.

Not impressed. Food was half an hour earlier than requested and margarita pizza was inedible (soggy and the topping had slid off the base onto the box), husband put it straight in the bin. We've used Casa Mia before and its been good - shame!

Order a few times from this restaurant, but this order was nothing but awful, food arrived in great time, however the pizza ordered arrived as though it had been tipped upside down most of topping stuck to lid then dropped down when i opened it, rang the restaurant straight away but when that arrived it was cold. Not a happy bunny

Food here can be hit or miss. Sometimes chips are nice and crisp, but more than not they are soggy. Service here over the last few years has gone down and when complained got told not to come back. Sad because it used to be the regular take away.

I've ordered from here more than anywhere. Even downloaded foodhub after they stopped being on justeat (for whatever reason). And their fried chicken and their fries are the nicest I've ever had. But the amount of times they've forgotten things off orders, been late without any update, and even left with the food cause I didn't hear the door even though I'd payed online. Then today, waiting for 2 hours, so I call them to ask for an update, its take a few minutes to explain the situation as who ever answered the phone thought I was saying "cold food" when i said "food hub" then after finally confirming I had ordered and what I'd ordered, they apologised and said they'll get my food out to me. That was 20 minutes ago, which means they likely just hadn't done my food at all, and started after I called. Bearing in mind it said on food hub that the food had been delivered, which it definitely hadn't. So still waiting for the food, but after today, I won't be ordering from them again. Great food, but more than half the time something is wrong. Too unreliable.
