Chinese Kitchen in Wirral

Ordered last night literally from across the road, salt and pepper chips and 2 sausages to share with my daughter, absolutely stone cold 🤬 went in the bin!

Discusting spent 25 quid for food that was inedible freezing cold chips soggy mess onions on chowmein hard kids disappointed gross 😝

ordered food from here, ordered sweet and sour pork and chicken in black bean sauce, chips were undercooked and greasy, pork was undercooked and the rice was so dry it was like it had been left out for days. when rang up to complain was told that i was wrong the food was fine andi was not getting a refund when i said well it had to go in the bin we havent eaten she said it wasnt her problem. would certainly not recommend this place to anyone and will never order from here again. Bad food and even worse customer service.

Really good soup don't think they know about flavour salt and pepper chips really bad no flavour to chicken black bean bland no more unless it's soup which I don't eat

Really nice food , will be returning as enjoyed the mixed grill ,also prompt so no waiting and driver really polite .

Ordered sweet and sour pork and banana fritters for desert. Huge pork balls , plenty of sweet and sour sauce. The pork was lovely. Wasn't too hot when arrived however so had to microwave it. The driver was friendly so no complaints yo him . My banana fritters looked very dry with no syrup then I realised , the container had a hole in the bottom like it had been burnt and all the syrup had dripped out onto the paper. Made a mess of my kitchen floor. Standards defo dropped I feel across most takeaway places these days. Its a shame. Not a bad me but failed my desert.

I have been several times over the years with no problems. However on my visit last week all but 1 of the staff were wearing ppe masks. Correction - he was wearing it but OVER HIS CHIN! It shouldn't be up to a customer to notice something so obviously wrong.

Have ordered here for years with no problem. They got my order wrong and when I called up and said I wouldn't come back as my other food would get cold. They just said ok, no apology. Then we went back there and they said we had to pay the difference in the items with no apology. Absolutely disgusting and not how you treat customers.

Just received our order. Everything cold, inedible, dogs ate it. Telephoned and complained, told to put food in microwave, we live less than 1 mile away. Steer well clear.

Bloody horrible! Ordered chicken cashews in yellow bean sauce, got pork cashews in greasy oil with pieces of hot red chilli! Egg fried rice was just rice full of spring onion. It was disgusting! Don't like pork any way, that's why I ordered chicken! Avoid here!
