Fabulous service by a lady with straight blond hair. Excellent coffee and cake.

·

Just the usual Costa coffee that you get everywhere but very friendly staff, fun banter, and open later than most in Heswall.

Hi there,I went to get my work coffee's to lift the festive moral before Christmas.Unfortunately, I was greeted with quite the opposite by your member of staff, this woman was rude from the moment I walked in (short short reddish hair).Firstly, refused to let me put my milk of choice in my colleagues drink! Then when I was paying, our fingers accidentality touched and she pulled away disgustedly and pumped a gallon of hand sanitizer on her hand after while shaking her head and tutting.I understand Covid is a huge worry for all, but making you customers feel diseased is another issue in itself. There is ways to politely go about it. - just put hand sanitizer on normally- maybe wear gloves etc. )In addition, we asked about more pastries in the back as the countertop says to do so, and she said said 'no'. Not a apology or anything, just a blunt no. Rude.As a business, we like to use costa and are usually met by a lovely lady named Sam, who is amazing at her job and makes the experience so so great but this was terrible customer service.

Popped in for a tea and mince pie while Christmas shopping. Nice relaxed atmosphere and served quickly.

Came in on a busy Saturday afternoon and a very smiley and friendly bloke called Ethan served us. Calmly dealt with our order whilst making time to ask about our day etc. Costa always make you feel welcome and loving the new Autumn range of food especially.

Latte far too strong and also quite flat. Not my usual Costa experience.

I went into heswall branch of Costa coffee with a neighbor. The staff there were amazing, friendly and polite. It made my first time there In months feel like I was a regular. The coffees were fresh, the cherry Bakewell was exquisite, and the store was well kept.Well worth returning to once covid has been dealt with well enough to become 'normal' once again.

An excellent Costa coffe house, I always call in here when on my organ tuning round. Very friendly, bubbly and attentive staff, one of whom has an infectious laugh! Coffee nicely prepared, never scorched nor cold. Other branches of Costa should come here for training!
