Costa Coffee in Wirral

What's happened to the Lemon Muffins? non to be had in any branch I've been to in the last couple of months.UPDATE: I had to have a blueberry muffin, once I had started to eat it they topped up the lemon ones 😋 😅

Staff are friendly and polite and a nice place to meet for a coffee

Generally OK, pleasant staff, fast service, but often when we go to the drive thru there end up being food items not available. Also went later in the day one time at 6.45 and they were already locked up. Meant to be open until 7. Kind of annoying when you've timed your errands to get done, get there in time and they've already locked the doors. There were four more customers who wanted in too and they were annoyed also. With me and my mother, that's 6 sales lost. I didn't make a big fuss, but posted times are there for a reason.

Lovely, friendly staff. Clean place and nice coffee.

Good. Sometimes can be hit or miss, with their hot chocolates however - my partner and I find sometimes the staff can add a tad too much powder and the drink is too chocolately for our tastes! But their teas/coffees are generally quite nice. Coolers can also be hit or miss; sometimes too melted and not slushy/icey enough.

Coffee good and service very friendly but exceptionally slow

All the staff at the Costa Coffee, The Croft, Bromborough, are excellent, caring and helpful at all times; particularly Cameron who always has a ready smile and excellent service. I am 82 years old and am always treated as if I were a family member and the service is exemplary. Costa Coffee can be very proud of their staff and coffee which is excellent and always an enjoyable treat for me when I visit. A GOLD STAR thank you to everyone.

Not the biggest fan of Costa as I find their coffee quite bitter and my wife hates it, if we have too (eg. Motorway services) we drink tea or bottled water or the likes. It's a personal choice not for us.

My partner and I popped in to Costa while shopping at the retail park. My partner had a Black Forest hot choc and I had an Irish Cream hot choc. Delicious. Staff very friendly and helpful.
