Fans Steak & Noodle in Wirral

Completely got my order wrong and wasnt interested in sorting it out. Just swerve you on to eat at home. Will never order from these again!!! The cheapskates dont even give you free prawn crackers on a £30+ order. Disgusting customer service. Companies are measured by how they deal with there own errors and sadly this one has no interest after they have taken your money!! If it was possible to score below 1 star i would of. Girl on the phone needs some customer service training or sacking. After looking into them in a bit more detail ive also discovered they have a food hygiene rating of only 2 given as recently as january.

Shocking customer service. Placed an order of over 30 quid only to find that they have messed up the order & delivered the wrong food. Asked for an exchange & willing to wait only to be told by the girl on the phone that it is not possible & 'its just a mistake '. Fuming is an understatement with the incompetence & lack of customer service. Never again & regretting ordering from here. If I could , I will rate them a zero !!

Amazing food however abit overpriced. Woman in there not customer friendly and very blunt whenever I go in there makes it a rather awkward experience.

Pretty poor all round - entrees were all dry and burnt, especially the prawns which were burnt to the point of being black. Chips and spring rolls were ok. Singapore noodles were a flavourless mush, and the curry noddles were not much better. Delivery was quick, but I would not recommend.

Have been wanting to try here for ages! Went there previously 3 times and was closed so was so excited tonight to find it open. I was the only person in there so I ordered my food… a kt noodle box; and upgraded so came with a drink; salt n pepper chips(my fave); and spring rolls. Imagine how gutted I was after wanting to try there for so long to get the food in the photos attached 😱😱 now give them their due they refunded for the chips so that’s what the stars are for but how the chef thought it was acceptable to send them out like that is beyond me. The chips went in the bin as did the noodles as they were all stuck together, burnt and inedible 😢 they had no taste 🤷🏼‍♀️ To say I am gutted is an understatement. What a complete waste of money and now I’m starving as the only edible thing we’re the spring rolls which to be fair did taste nice so thank you for that.

Best Chinese food have tasted in a long time, staff are friendly and helpful. Duck and Mushroom is amazing that has made my top 3 soups

Eaten twice here. Both times disappointed. Food is not close to authentic, just generic, bland flavours more on the unpleasant side than pleasant. Staff usually just sat on phone, can prepare a meal in about 6/7 minutes, that paired with the quality of meat and rice used just confirms its not fresh. Things not seasoned well. Very cheap ingredients used in the cooking. Not fresh and definitely not healthy as advertised

Always on time, friendly staff, the food is absolutely amazing from here, full of flavour and so tasty, the sides are as delicious as the mains. There is something for everyone's taste in choice, you're not limited in anyway, and the quantity is completely to your moneys worth. The noodle and rice boxes and absolutely amazing. Love this restaurant!

Just had salt and pepper King prawn and chips, sweet & sour chicken noodles and teriyaki chicken noodles. Everything was perfect👌We always order from here. Lovely friendly staff, I was served by a very happy to help young lady called Georgia. X👏👏👌💖Recommended 💯

Really quick service, tasty, good portion size. A bit more expensive than other noodle places. Order the noodles with tofu/bean curd and when the noodle box is with you, eat the noodles with the tofu/bean curd and enjoy the flavour of your chosen sauce. The noodles are completely noodle.
