Filos Pizza in Wirral

Ordered on card food never turned up tried to call to find out no one answered rang back today as they was shut last night and no one will help me in anyway horrible customer service unwilling to help in anyway will never go back again

Absolutely at the top of my list of best takeaways I have ever had! Fast delivery, food is always hot and delicious. Also every delivery comes with a smile (kind and polite)

Just ordered a tea time treat from here for myself and the kids. 3 pizzas and 1 garlic bread with cheese.Great value, great service, very good quality, piping hot and good delivery time. We just found our new pizza place. Cheers

I ordered tonight, about 5 minutes before closing. They were very accommodating. The prices are amazing for the quality & portion sizes that you get. The delivery time was also very good.My address is very hard to find so I also thank the driver for being so patient & lovely about it as I should of left a message for them.All in all, brilliant prices, great quality & lovely staff. Will deffinately be ordering again.

Will not be using them again waited over an hour for food. I asked for food to be brought to my door as isolating. Last time driver refused and this time used the excuse could not open the door so had to go down....Guess what the door worked fine.....and was same driver who delivered last time refused to come to my door. Extremely disgraceful service will never be using this takeaway again has let me down in these such hard times with Covid19 😡😡😡

The chips were cold, flavourless and smelt atrocious and the pizza was cold, flavourless and also smelt atrocious. I have ordered from here before and I usually enjoy it so much, but this is the worst I’ve been sent. Disgusting!

Food was made quick but it came soaked in grease.. dinner meat had bits of green plastic on it and it was hard, as if it had been left over night.. never asked if we wanted salt or vinegar which I think is rude. I’m now being sick off it. We got chicken burgers a few days ago and my partner was on the toilet for hours cause of the food. I used to love going here but I don’t think I’ll ever go again

Ordered food from here, took about 1hour 20ish to arrive. Finally my food arrives, I was then told he wanted £1.50 from me for delivery!!!! As it was over 3 miles. Clearly was 2.8 but ok? Food was ok, probs won’t order again though
