Staff friendly and food beautiful, well priced too.

Disgraceful service. Group of 8. Five got their starters, other 2 had to wait 45mins for theirs and had to remind them what was ordered. Main meal served to group in drips and drabs not all together. No check backs by staff on food quality or if require drinks. Staff more focussed on take out/delivery than customers in restaurant. Food bland, no flavour. Had better from local chinese chippy. One staff member dressed in short dungarees, not professional as looks cheap and tacky. Was here years ago and all was good. A makeover of restaurant- looks good but very poorly managed. Staff need to improve hospitality service techniques. Focus on the customer within if want people to come back. I for one won't be.

Sorry to say that I took my daughter to the Full House Chinese Restaurant in Hoylake and despite them having a separate gf menu she was horribly glutened. After the first spoonful of her main course she said it didn’t taste right and the waitress was not interested in the least. She literally left the entire meal. No refund. No apology. No interest from the staff.

Terrible service. Felt neglected. Mediocre food. Failed to meet customer service expectations. Really wanted this to be so much more but it failed to impress.

This is a superb Chinese restaurant. One of the best across Wirral by far! Food was excellent from temperature to flavour and texture. Service was outstanding with a warm welcome on arrival and the décor is pleasing. It was comfortably warm with comfortable seating and drinking glass's were crystal clean along with the rest of the restaurant. Highly recommended.

HaD a meal there with a group of friends. The food we chose was 2 banquets beteen 12 of us. The food was tasty and the varieties of flavours and textures was enjoyable. The Merlot we had was pleasant but we thought the price at £18:50 per bottle was a bit steep. The meal cost £24.00 per person, and some of us considered rather expensive as the portions were not that generous. The staff were friendly enough, but lacked awareness of ensuring we were happy with the service. So better value, portions and attentiveness would have got 4 stars.

Went for a family meal, 4 of us. Service was excellent, warm welcome, offered drinks just after sitting down. Order taken, soon after. Great range of dishes, very good value. The food was delightful, we have been several times. We'll be going again, very soon, thoroughly enjoyed our meal.

Wonderful experience. Food good, ambience and decor glorious! Fabulous venue for hiring out for a celebratory occasion I would have thought. Staff very helpful and friendly. Excellent quality of food but for my taste the flavours of our meals were a bit bland, just needs a slight adjustment and kick to the flavour. Perhaps just me, but would definitely go back again. Best looking restaurant I've been to in a long time!
