Halfway House in Wirral

Great pub great staff always welcoming and has a great atmosphere!

Humble opinion, best pub in Merseyside for a quiet pint.Staff are always friendly attentive and prompt. The pub hosts a real community and the regulars are very welcoming. It can be lively on an evening and the staff go to effort to book bands or host fun quizzes. All round, I love the place!A true English gem.

Great pub with top staff. Live music on Saturday nights and a great quiz on a Thursday and Sunday as well! Highly recommend!

Great pub lovely atmosphere good choice of beers friendly staff and best of all live bands

My favourite pub on the Wirral :) Paul, Sam, Adam and Chelsea great service and friendly staff! Would highly recommend anyone to pop in for pint but do ask for the drinks menu because can get yourself some great deals that will set you up for a mad night out :p bands are boss on a Saturday :)

I have been hear lots .love it very friendly staff go above and beyond. Always very welcoming x

Had a lovely New Year with my friends and atmosphere was great and serve was great aswell

Back in this wonderful pub. Very friendly, reasonable prices, clean and a great traditional place. Nice to see pubs like this surviving in this climate. And as ever, we should all support our local pub.

Great family run pub very welcoming. Barstaff always happy to help the customers. Try a visit.

Probably one of my favourite pubs on the wirral, and without doubt the most covid secure places. Always a lovely pint, clean and welcoming and and really friendly atmosphere. We'll managed by Sam, backed up by Paul, Becky, Adam and all the other staff, nothing is too much trouble.
