Does a really good butty here, be aware though that for a lunchtime butty it is expensive, salt n pepper chicken roll was about £5 but was nice.

I’m a Courier that travels and works all over the UK. Recently moved to Wirral and my route is in the area.I stopped by chance one morning and ordered a sausage & egg sandwich. For me breakfast is the most important meal and I have to say I’ve never had a better breakfast than I have here!!! Absolutely delicious and filling. I loved every bite. The best !!!

Best sausage n egg on toast I've had in ages. Covid safety rules in place too. A wide range of decent food for your satisfaction.

What an outstanding sandwich shop.A slice of quality in West Kirby.The range of toppings are mouthwatering, but don't worry, traditional fayre is not forgotten.I cannot recommend Hector's highly enough.Enjoy.

Paid 5 pound for a Southern fried chicken bin lid. And was hardly any chicken on it. Absolute rip off. The sandwich was nice but should offer a bin lid if there not going to fill it. Ruined my lunch and I won't be returning. £5 for a salad bin lid with a hint of chicken

Love the sandwiches here, fresh and made just the way you like them. My personal favourite is the, chicken tikka, mango chutney, mint mayo, salad on granary. Followed by their ham and chopped egg mayo, simple yet perfectly made.

We’ve often bought lunch at Hector’s this year. The choice of sandwiches is really extensive and the bread very fresh with good quality generous fillings. The staff are excellent, very friendly and professional. The shop is spotlessly clean and Covid safe with staff wearing protective masks. We will definitely continue to visit!

Love Hector's, sandwiches/food is always fresh and beautifully prepared.Excellent selection of products, staff are always friendly and helpful.Current restrictions means you order at the front and then continue to the side window to pay and collect your food. Social distancing in the queues.They accept card and cash payments.

We tried the shop out for the first time today based on the previous reviews. Found the staff to be great, patient and helpful. The sandwiches and salads we had, for a family of four, were just fantastic in terms of size, plenty of filling, taste, lots of choices, and value. Probably the best deli I've been to in a number of years. I can't recommend it highly enough based on our experience today.

Very nice sandwich shop. Good selection of fillings and sandwich sizes (bin lids, subs, barms ...). Also sell pasties and sausage rolls, cakes and scones, and salads and quiche. Nice friendly staff and reasonable prices.
