Hickory's Smokehouse in Wirral

Food was delightful but was very happy that they started to take empty plates away while other people on our table were still eating!

We arrived at our booking time and was seated right away, we were greeted by Jordan (with the beard) who was perfect the whole 2 hours we were there. Simple things like whilst taking our order, recommending drinks/food, being patient and polite. When our food came he checked in as he cleared tables making sure we were happy. An absolute credit to the hickory’s team, made our dinner so much more enjoyable. The food was delicious, everything was the right temperature came out at the right time, and if a sauce or butter was forgotten it was out before we could even ask for it. The most perfect Tuesday night, thanks to all the staff but especially Jordan our server who set the bar high. We will definitely be returning and recommending x

Booked a table here as an Easter treat for the kids.Table was wobbly and the chairs weren't comfy but it was a nice meal. Not cheap but good for a special occasion. Even though they were extremely busy, we didn't have to wait long.The food was tasty, hot and looked very well presented. The staff who served us were pleasant enough but take ear plugs as the music is deafening. Will definitely be going to another Hickorys, kids loved it!!

Fantastic service, tailored to you.The food is lovely, well cooked but not overdone, I recommend the sharing platter, a little bit of everything! The cocktails are exquisite and well presented and their house ale is delightful! And they do takeout cocktails!All round great food, great service, well pricedWill definitely be returning

We visit this place for take away food. Very nice and friendly staff. While we was waiting for our food we order drinks as well. We wait for food while but it was worth it. We order corn dogs like starters and they famouse Hickory burger. Food was very nice and fresh. We will definitely come back try some more if we get the chance.

Very friendly restaurant and some staff were lovely! The food is mediocre with not a lot of seasoning on the chips but free popcorn before a meal was amazing! 7/10 recommend

Starting to slip into a food coma. Great food and lovely helpful staff. There was a slight mistake with desert and they sorted it immediately and with no fuss. Very good Frickles, wings and burger. Will be back again.

Heard good things for year so wanted to go. Place was nice, food was even better, food took a while to arrive but the food was spot on even the milk shakes. Would go again

Super delicious texas style bbq. Although milk shake was way too sweet in my opinion and all the brisket in our order was flat muscle. I much prefer point end. Still delicious.

It was very busy. No parking spaces left. We arrived early and waited at the bar, staff were great. Served at our table on time🙂food order was taken promptly and arrived in good time. Starters and mains were fabulous we all had something different and all really enjoyed our food. Would of had a pudding but too full☺️ thanks to all the staff for a great experience even though it was chocker. 👌👌
