McDonald's in Wirral

McDonald's is something that everyone knows so this rating is for the service.We waited 15 minutes after ordering to finally receive our food, the crew member who brought it was less than happy, didn't say a word and just threw the tray on the table and walked away.We had no milk or sugar for the tea or coffee and the order was wrong.I went to get the milk myself and I couldn't be bothered trying to get the order corrected due to the lengthy wait we had just to get the food in the first place.I don't have McDonald's often and this kind of service makes it likely that it will be less often from now on.

Store can not serve drive through aswell as keep up with just eat orders when my husband asked why his straight forward breakfast order he had come out of work on his break to get would be he was told they where busy and to learn manners ! How dare you speak to a customer like that when you can't provide a decent service absolutely unbelievable 20 minutes later and stuck in the queue food was served come on sort your customer service out its shocking !!

Ordered via click and collect at the Upton/Sainsburys branch and after pre ordering our meal we were kept waiting for 30-40 minutes. The meal was cold, one of the chicken burgers didn't have a bun and the store Manager was not at all helpful.5-6 Delivery drivers all stood in the doorway making it gifficult to get in. It felt really intimidating. People smoking at the doorway which knocked me and my child sick.PLEASE NOTE THIS IS ONLY IN REFERENCE TO THE UPTON BY PASS BRANCH. NEXT TO SAINSBURYS GARAGE.

Disgraceful service. Staff didn't know what they were doing, bringing meals out that didn't seem to belong to anyone!Waiting over 25 minutes for my order. Spoke to 3 members of staff and Manager, cars queueing everywhere and people who had placed orders were getting irrate with the service. After 35 minutes asked for my money back. Will not be using that place again. Called at McDonald's Croft Retail Park....no problems they could teach you some lessons.

Waited for 20 minutes to the have a drive-in customer that pulled in behind me served first!!Double Big Mac looked like it had been put together whilst wearing boxing gloves.Wasn't even acknowledged when the food was eventually handed over.Piss poor performance yet again.

I went to drive thru for 5 milkshakes and they had none so I then had to wait for 15 minutes to get out. This restaurant is well known for having no milkshakes or icecream available. If this is a regular thing you could at least have a sign before entering the drive thru informing you

Absolute shocking service staff have got a bad attitude. There just around chatting then when they serve u its a bad attitude. Obviously u have to pay extra for manners. Food was OK. Dining area was clean. Won't be visiting again

Always missing itemsEven when placing second order to have missing items sent they still don't send them even after calling and arranging.Multiple times this has happened.. OK now and then is fine but come on most of your reviews on here or just eat are the same thing.... learn by it.. surely you want to be a good store and smash out food for the peopleGet you stuff together and staff sorted..

Should be illegal. I've seen rats being treated better then they treat their delivery drivers. They're made to queue outside, for hours. I overheard one maccies worker today say they "were going to go slow because [they] got paid the day before and didn't care"...disgusting isn't it? You'd think if they were going so slow, they'd be able to get my simple order right...but no. Totally useless. Staff should be ashamed.

Was waiting for our order for almost half an hour in an empty restaurant, didn't get a receipt, an employee (didn't take his name) forgot to put cheese sharebox to the order, when we realized this in a minute, we came back after it, this person started to shout on us how awful customers we are and that we dont see how busy he is (like this is our problem) especially that he wasnt busy at all,and we were staying calm and politely asked him about our missing food.Result - Food cold and dry, and the mood has been ruined because of the attitude of this employee.This person should not be working in the hospitality sector, same as most of the people there. And as we have been to this mcdonald's a few times already, staff was always rude and unresponsive. Worst place ever. AVOID IT! Will never go there again.
