McDonald's in Wirral

Green Lane McDonalds at 1pmToday Thursday 30/6/22Ladies toilets disgustingly filthyTables not washed just crumbs dusted off which mostly went on chairsWe visit here quite regularly but couldn't eat today just had a hot drink eachThe staff on duty on the floor were all youngand spent a lot of time just walking/talking with nothing getting doneUsually an older man (who suffers with his breathing)is on duty and is brilliant cleaning as soon as people have finished and is so pleasant along with another older staffThis isn't against youngsters as I have children and grandchildren but its so unfair for them to be there when its quite obvious they don't want to When theres probably lots of other young ones would be more competent and willing

Typical McDonald's service and environment.Fast food fast pace in and out.Although a busy place the staff werealso busy cleaning after people, and reasonably attentive of their customers needs

It's mcdonald's, I don't think I really need to review. It's all about the big mac sauce anyway. Quick and easy food. Apparently the McPlant is "soooo nice" (quote taken from a 13 year old vegetarian)

Very good customer service by Joe , very apolite and professional. Thankn you .The issue it's by the main door ( was this 3 young guys) with black hoots and balaclavas over there heads and bicycles near theme ( as we drove out after pick up our food ) thecwindow ofvthe carcstill half open ..and they started call us names and insults with it any reason ? .... so Macdonald's should have CCTV and refuse this people to enter McDonald's again..they are there to cause trouble to customers????...very bad after a customer service from your staff , Joe .I will.avoid to go there and use bromborough Macdonald's.Sad !!!!Thank you Joe for a good customer service.Manybthanks

Got one of our orders wrong 3 times and all that needed to be done was the salad taken off the big mac. How you can get that wrong so many times I don't know.

McDonald's is something that everyone knows so this rating is for the service.We waited 15 minutes after ordering to finally receive our food, the crew member who brought it was less than happy, didn't say a word and just threw the tray on the table and walked away.We had no milk or sugar for the tea or coffee and the order was wrong.I went to get the milk myself and I couldn't be bothered trying to get the order corrected due to the lengthy wait we had just to get the food in the first place.I don't have McDonald's often and this kind of service makes it likely that it will be less often from now on.

I have never received a correct order from this McDonald's!!This store doesn't give out dips so no point ordering them. I did 3 separate uber eats orders to try and get my dips and in the end I rang the store and told them my order number and stayed on the phone until I knew the dips had gone into the bag.

This was one of the nicest McDonalds I have had in years! All the food was really fresh, chips were nice and hot and the Big Mac was perfectly made! Chilli cheese bites were amazing too!

Always missing itemsEven when placing second order to have missing items sent they still don't send them even after calling and arranging.Multiple times this has happened.. OK now and then is fine but come on most of your reviews on here or just eat are the same thing.... learn by it.. surely you want to be a good store and smash out food for the peopleGet you stuff together and staff sorted..
