Morrisons Cafe New Brighton in Wirral

Went here for breakfast 10/07/22. First time for a good while and will never go back. Had a small breakfast which was served on a side plate. Bacon was like rubber and requested poached egg was overcooked and obviously done in a microwave poacher as the egg was literally still egg shaped. They really need to up there game.

Visited Morrisons in Wallasey picked up a few essential, without an issue.Then I decided to order a breakfast.The cost was surprisingly expensive considering they’re using their own stocks.Chaper on the high street.Well wither the lack of staff on parade i Conley assures this is the reason for waiting over 35 minutes for it to finally arrive.Incidentally the place is very untidy., bordering on becoming a health hazard. Needless to say this is unacceptable.Disappointed…?

Very unique place as this shopping centre is by the seaside in the heart of New Brighton. I drive there from Liverpool for a walk & shopping. Clean and really good quality of products /food, including seafood and green groceries. Definitely worth a visit or two. Free car park, chippies, coffee shops, promenade... All around the front doorSame but the prices gone up after 2 years. Fresh goods, clean, busy and lovely location!

Plenty of free parking, good selection inside, got some really tasty ice creams from the store, box of four for £2.50. Outside it is that price just for one. Lovely little cafe but not as cheap as it used to be. Very helpful staff.

It was excellent I saw a man buying some shopping, could not believe it😃

Went with the family for breakfast. Food was sub standard, cold, mushroom had been flashed in the pan so was pretty much raw, egg solid and no option given to size of coffee, just automatically selected medium which was luke warm. Not the best Morrisons! ☹

Cafe is an absolute disaster zone, staff don't know how to make or prioritise hot drinks. Order off menu only to be told that cold sandwiches aren't available after paying. Then being told they'll make it, and having to wait 35 minutes for a cheese sandwfor my hingry toddler. Joke of a place.

The store itself is fine BUT the cafe is awful! As we approached the till the staff member walked away then we waited 15 minutes while a queue behind got bigger and no one returned! Two staff members sat chatting didn't care at all! We walked away and went to the smaller cafe where we waited again for 10 minutes while one very stressed looking girl tried serve and do tables without washing her hands Inbetween jobs... Dirty spoons and no sugar and the coffee is expensive and tasted burnt.

Rubbish cafe. Nothing in stock that we wanted. Tables overflowing with dishes. Unhelpful staff on the till. Understaffed. Do yourself a favour unless you've got a couple of hours spare to wait for your meal go elsewhere.
