Overrated! Meal was overpriced for what it was and I’ve had much nicer for less at other restaurants. The wait was very long and person I was dining with had finished by the time mine arrived. Meal itself was nice but that was about it. Staff were friendly but not apologetic about the wait. Wouldn't go back in a hurry. If you do go get the orange juice that was the best bit!

I’ve been here a few times and it’s normally good but the latest visit was disappointing. It was half term so they literally ran out of ice cream and served watered down churro sauces, maybe they hadn’t anticipated the demand from kids up past their bedtime! The wait was ages, and the salad was pretty average. I hope the next visit will be back up to the usual standard, I’ll make sure it’s a school night next time.

I meet old friends here to put the world to rights over coffee & bacon butties each Sunday morning. As a massive dog lover I think it's great that Otto's welcomes our furry chums. Food & drink are all fine but a bit on the pricey side, as you can expect them to be with it being Heswall. The staff are all very young, with a mixture of aloof & absolutely lovely. I'll be very interested to see what impact the new Weatherspoons will have on the place when it opens across the road in the summertime. Time will tell...

Excellent service.High chair available quickly.App worked well for drinks, which were high quality both the homemade mocktails and a cocktail.Staff dealt very well with large order.Colouring in menu for kids.Adam brought choice of coloured cutlery for our little one and managed him perfectly.Tapas starters prompt and tasty.Asked if we were ready for mains.Mains also prompt, with child's meal first (full marks!). Large portion size and high quality, steak was melt in the mouth delicious.Tom and Adam our service team top notch all round. David was the chef on. Very impressed.
