Paradox in Wirral

Food was a mixture of fantastic and ok..Drinks took literally forever to come, larger was probably the worst I have ever had..Cocktails very weak fir the price

The staff are friendly and professional the chef is incredible, the decor is beautiful and the ambience was perfect. Wonderful Sunday afternoon spent at the paradox.

We all had a brilliant time for Sals birthday bash. This place is amazing

Tribute night. Tickets oversold. Large group of intimidating middle aged women were allowed to move furniture around and create a large area were glasses were then smashed, abuse was thrown and hostile behaviour was not tackled by staff even when pointed out. Everyone else was seated and trying to eat.Prior to this my friends and I had visited several times and always found the staff the service and the food good.To be intimidated into leaving before we had finished eating and before the tribute act we had paid to see is very unfair. We will not return as it is not a safe venue.

I was at the event on Saturday 26th Feb having travelled down from Newcastle for a reunion as I grew up in Heswall. I was shocked that so many were not only able to attend the event but that those eating were unable to eat comfortably as we were surrounded by so many drunk people who were not eating. We were then abused by these people such that we felt unsafe and had to leave prior to the act and before finishing our meal( having paid for it in full!) Really shocked by the whole experience . Management need to consider how they manage entry for future events

Food is incredible. Would definetly recommend the grilled meat platter. Great atmosphere and decor. The customer service is always so welcoming, will definetly be returning

It was alright like but service wasn't the best and we got charged for drinks we didn't order, which is a shame, Eddie is lovely though. Nice cocktails but a shame there were no cocktail offers

Great place for a drink or to eat. Food is always delicious and plenty of it! Staff are friendly and helpful too!

As always. The meal was superb! The service was superb & EDDIE & ANDY were as fantastic as ever! What a welcoming place to go to! Well done to all including the chefs!

What an amazing place. More than 20 of us went there to celebrate 60th birthday of our colleague/friend. We had the best experience of very tasty food. Everyone had the food at the right time, nobody had to wait, no one had any complaints about food or staff. I even ordered an extra food to take home for my hungry hubby. Staff didn't mind it, they were very pleasant and helpful. Will defenitly visit again. 😍😍
