Pisces Traditional Take Away in Wirral

Not every area is lucky enough to have a great wee chippy, but we sure are! The fish is always fresh, tasty and (batter-wise) cooked to your specification. The mushy peas are brilliant too! Ordering online is dead easy and the food (piping hot!) is always ready on time.

Delicious as always. Recommend the cheese burger with salad and garlic mayo. Chips are the best.

Sorry but this is ridiculous. We downloaded your app the had to stand outside for another 25 minutes. I get that covid was a bit scary and stuff but we've all had our jabs and things are looking up. If you can't work because you're scared than sell up. Why order on the app then have to wait whilst it's cooked?? I'm afraid as nice as your food is your service is chronic. Back to Pensby Fish for us.Thanks for your reply.I didn't really want to get into a spat with you, I just want you to do what you say you'll do on your app. I do however take offence at your idea that I have entitlement issues! I reckon I am entitled to expect the service you offer, I also reckon I'm entitled to complain when it falls shortbread the mark and impacts on my time. The histrionics regarding people dying etc speaks more about youth and me and is in extremely poor taste.

We’ve just moved to Heswall from West Kirby. Being close to Pisces is almost a good enough reason in itself for the move! Delicious food, friendly staff, and an efficient service. What more could you ask for?

Ordered on line with estimated collection time.Parked right outside the door.Two queues of waiting customers.Let the shop know you have arrived, order straight back to me, lovely and hot.And the quality of the fish is top notch.Not many chippies around here where you can get haddock, but this is one, and worth going to.

Often I like the idea of fish and chips but when I get them they're disappointing. This is most definitely not the case with the Pisces Traditional Takeaway. The food was outstanding, hot, tasty and not at all greasy, staff were polite and thoughtful, when I asked for forks the gentleman serving asked if we were eating in the car and handed over a handful of napkins too. It's a bit of a drive from Manchester but next time I go to watch the sunset over the water I'll definitely be returning for more! 10/10 *****
