Terrible service and food not the best.. waited half an hour for dessert menu which still didn't arrive after asking 2 different staff! And about the same wait for bill! We were close to just leaving without paying! Seriously needs improvement.. we won't be going back!

Staff pleasant enough.Food Rubbish.Friday evening with Grandkids.4 x Fish and Chips..3 of which inedible due to fish soaked in Greese..Tried to rescue situation with desert. When picking up menus mentioned fish was awful.. Sorry said the staff..no mention of any money off the bill. One desert arrived cold..was went back twice as still cold after first attempt..Unfortunately we had already parted with £74 !!Don't come here for decent food

Pleasant clean pub. Only popped in for one pint but at £3.70 it'll be the last. In these high cost of living days days and on average I pay around £2.70 - £3.10 I thought it was a bit pricey.

Traditional Sunday Lunch, hot and plenty. We'll be back. Very attentive staff too.

Love this pub, great staff, food and service. This is one of our regular pub options, almost never dissatisfied with food service or the quality of the beer (Doom bar). It may have changed hands/change in kitchen manager as menu has changed and been reduced in scale but quality has not been diminished.

Welcoming and pleasant staff if not just a little unorginised and forgetful. Nice coffee , but the cook seams to have a very high salt torance and made the scouse i ordered so salty i only manage the bread and a mouth full of meat. No i won't be returning or recoending it to anyone anyday soon

Just been for a late lunch here with the family. Food was amazing but have to give a shout out to steph she was amazing from the moment we entered to time we left.

This is a decent little pub! Friendly and professional staff, good food (see below), a pleasant and clean place to be, and decent parking provided, too.Food: I've been eating here for years, mostly because friends of mine liked it, but I wasn't ever really all that impressed with it. But they've completely re-vamped the whole menu - it's tons better, with lots more to choose from, a whole bunch of vegetarian options, and even a few vegan ones (which is hugely appreciated!). The friend I went with ordered a classic from their old menu, which is thankfully still on this new one, and he said it was even better than it used to be. I applaud whoever's decision it was to improve the menu this way; I'm happy to go back for sure!

Friendly staff, table service lovely, manager on the ball and visible. Food excellent, clean newly refurbished. Recommended highly.
