Waited 90 minutes for an estimated 35 minute delivery time, then phoned to query when the food would arrive. Forgot to put us on hold and heard the manager making rude comments so cancelled the order. Had been told 25 minutes earlier that it was 'on its way'. Not the first time we've had late or incorrect orders so definitely won't be using again.Update: 5 days later and they still haven't refunded the cost of the meal we never received. Absolutely ridiculous.

Waited an hour and a half for 2 very mediocre burgers.Not worth the time, money and inevitable diarrhoea

First time trying Smoque Burger and I’ll definitely be back. Great staff and amazing food would highly recommend.

Nice food however wouldn’t suggest working for them as they pay peanuts & allow you to work for 4 weeks without telling you to log your hours. These hours will not be paid in full either.

Have had a few burgers from here and the one in Burgess Hill and their burgers are AMAZING. Have tried a few different ones all excellent. Their cheesecakes are also very good.

Best burger I have ever had! There were a few items missing from the order when it was delivered but everything that did arrive was perfectly cooked and tasted amazing! I would definitely order from here again.

Used to be excellent, nowadays its nothing but problems. Two orders with missing items, the wait for it to finally come after you call and complain means your burger is all soggy and cold in the end. Also quality has changed over time. Size has reduced by about a 1/3 and the price naturally stayed the same. NEVER AGAIN sadly

Delivery starts super early and the drivers are always on time. No issues whatsoever with the exception of one week them not taking orders. Burgers are juicy and rich with ingredients with myself also taking a particular liking to the cheese bites.All in all definitely worth a try! If you collect, the average wait time I've experienced is 5 minutes. It's definitely fast food.

Fabulous staff and excellent food! Fresh coleslaw to die for and their onion rings are the best & freshest you can desire! The burgers are divine and I love the fact they still have their own delivery service with lovely drivers dropping off food with a smile!

I LOVE the food from here. You can't beat it on any level for a burger place. For food alone it would get more than a 5 star from me! The burgers are always fresh to death, the salad toppings are always so crisp and refreshing and the sauces full of flavour. The sides are also handmade which makes such a difference in a world of frozen 'mozarella poppers' etc etc. The chicken strips are absolutely superb, the coating hot and crunchy. The dips are my favourite part of these, home made garlic is especially good, you can see bits of dill or something else tasty in there too. The desserts are incredible, home made no bake cheesecake available in several flavours and they're out of this world. The cookies are stunning.Prices you can't beat make this my fave takeaway in Brighton hands down. Charlotte
