Smuggler's Cave Cafe in Wirral

One of the best local cafes in Wallasey - friendly staff and customers, dog friendly and no messing about!

One of he best breakfasts I have had, the only thing was the dog, who was lovely but we had friends with us who are not dog people, I don't agree with the dog being free to walk about and jump on furniture, but the good and service was excellent

Very friendly ataff, very good breakfast

Today I rocked up with my 4 freinds we asked for a peeb-o burger we found it lovey and tasty highly recommend the spicy Spanish sausage xxx

Food was great as ever, service excellent, prices, very cheap

I have to give this place 5 stars simply because its an amazing little homely place and I want it to survive. The staff are always friendly and service is quick. It's like going for lunch at someone's home and seems really cosy. The food is superb value for money and it doesn't dress itself up to be what it's not.It serves excellent food at an excellent price. Please drop in here before you go to any of the big players close by.

Food was brilliant.Met the resident dog (didn't catch his name), wasn't to keen on him jumping up on me mid breakfast but I understand I am in the minority when it comes to not being fond of dogs round me at meal times, to their credit when i mentioned it the second time thew staff did move him away somewhereReasonably priced and pleasant staff.

Astonishing value for money. The Sautéed Potatoes breakfast is fabulous

We had breakfast here this morning. Lovely food, posh coffee, nice and clean. The staff were all friendly and chatty, especially Margy. Peep-o the resident Spanish rescue dog 🐶 is adorable. Highly recommended

Loved the food, very friendly staff and very dog friendly, peepo the cafe dog is very friendly.
