Subway in Wirral

Been to many subways and this has to be the best I’ve been to… most staff in these places are so miserable and lack customer service skills. There’s a lady called Vickie works here and she is the life and soul of the place… she knows her job well and knows how to communicate with the customers. We pass four subways when we go this restaurant but I think it’s worth travelling the extra miles….

1 person working the whole counter, just eat and phone orders prioritised seemingly. 20 minutes queueing before having the order taken. Ridiculously slow. Happens regularly.

Friendly, helpful staff. Never have to wait too long to be served, even during peak times

Lovely staff members, very good at asking what you want every step of the way however sometimes they're a little pushy and it could do with a neaten up around the edges

Ordered off Uber eats and was very disappointed in the food. Barely any filling in the chicken and bacon sub, no cheese and bread tasted stale. Meatball marinara sub again had barely any filling and paid for extra cheese, no cheese on it and asked for no salad and came with lettuce on. The nachos tasted stale and looked like the box had been shaken around. Not happy at all.

Great staff. But subway s not able to be hot due to failure.

Not the best, understaffed, slow service, cold food, clearly staff were under extreme pressure when there were more than a couple of customers

Outstanding service as always. New lady called Sue served me, she was really friendly was so happy to help even though I did order an awkward sub. It's nice to have someone in there with a wicked sense of humour as well. Keep up what you're doing sue subway are lucky to have you 👍

probably the worst subway I've ever had ordered 2 subs the chicken tika sub had very little filling was mainly bread an the meatball sub was not only dry but it had a foot long hair knitted inside the bread!!!! also I asked for grated cheese on an she literally put the smallest amount possible on!!!

The service is usually fast, pleasant service and smiles... most importantly, when I ask them to smother the sandwich with ranch they don't just do a quick splodge it's a proper amount...
