Bread was stale & milk in coffee tasted sour

Love the subway salads. Used quite a few different shops, Wallasey Village being the best and Moreton being the worst, Moreton gave you a very basic amount of salad.

Nice staff, wasn't to busy and didn't wait long food aws delish, will visit again

Looking at some of these reviews 😅. Subway is my daughter's favourite place to go, the staff here are amazing. Laura and the manager are amazing and always have a chat.Thanks for our subs. Abby's is a Tuna with Cucumber! Dunno what other people expect but it's my favourite subway and I've been to a lot!

Ordered at 13.45 on just eat. Estimated delivery was 1500, it never arrived so at 15.25 I rang subway. The girl was unhelpful and abrupt she said it was out with another 4 delivery’s and would be another 15-20 minutes. I asked for a refund as it would be stone cold when it arrived. She told me that I’d have to go through just eat which I did. She cancelled the refund request and the money has been taken out, even though I sent the delivery back... certainly won’t be using again

Just got a home delivery items where not there. So I rang the ship and the lady was really rude to me. She told me she had done the order herself so she knew I was lying. She then put the phone down on me, and took off the hook. I went to the shop and she was really rude. I will never use Hoylake road Birkenhead again

Great if you don't want a sandwich but priority is for the just eat orders so they will make you wait until the just eat orders are done. Just save your time and go across the road to the independent sandwich shop, who although they have a queue are customer focussed so will get to you a lot quicker.

There was a very rude lady that worked there but in general most of the staff are nice. Since I am vegan I ordered the meatless meatball marinara with vegan cheese which was excellent. I recommend subway and will dine there again.

I had children with me on this visit and ordered over £30 of food..male staff member very rude. Came close to walking out! This subway used to be brilliant for service..when a very nice member of staff called Tom and his team worked in here...
