The Dee Hotel in Wirral

After a walk through Ashton Park, my brothers and cousin's enjoyed a drink (and a plate of chips) at The Dee Hotel.A nice, clean and friendly pub with very pleasant staff.

I love this Wetherspoons but lately been disappointed in cold food especially when not very busy. Chips and rice cold but plates hot. Staff lovely and helpful but food not great

Great visit 😊 while we were walking back to campsite. Hard working team which had to cope when it got busy, but the food and drinks 🍸 were excellent 👌.

Come here often for a cup of coffee or a breakfast it's just so nice and relaxing so thank you. Staff are spot on with Abbie being so lovely and helpful lovely smile too so thanks Abbie

Come here often be it for breakfast lunch or evening meal or maybe just a drink of coffee or even a soft drink. Nothing is too much trouble and the staff are always friendly and helpful so well done everyone I feel though that it's worth mentioning Abbie not only is she helpful but always has a nice smile too so well done Abbie

Very clean, pleasant staff and very helpful. A place I would visit again. Good food and a reasonable time to wait for the food.

Can't be beaten on the price of Alcohol, half the price of most pubs. Food is of a good standard and relatively quick to the table. Tables can be a little cluttered at times with plates etc but to be fair it can be very busy and the staff are busy. Small outside area to the rear. Unfortunately no dogs are allowed otherwise this would be a fab place.

I only dropped a star because there was no milk in either coffee machines, no brown sugar and more used/empty sachets than full. No salt sachets left. Everything else was as you would expect from a Weatherspoons. The staff were really nice and polite. However, I found it a bit off putting and unprofessional of the male member of staff that was wearing shorts.

I visited the Dee Hotel on 12.9.21 myself and a friend visited this pub for the first time. We found the place to be open and airy plenty of tables to sit at. Wheterspoon offers good value regarding food and drink. It's cheap and cheerful food not fine dining but it's good enough. Good portions sizes. I'd say this spoons is well worth a visit if you are in West kirby.

Popped in to have a nosey at its refurbishment. More lighting near the bar but not too bright. New carpet throughout with change of seating in some areas. Great gin selection. Nice outdoor space. Manager and staff very friendly and welcoming. Really like the new look.
