The Magazine Hotel in Wirral

Stayed locally and popped over for a drink on a couple of nights. Friday we ordered fish and chips which was huge. Draft beer and cider selection is good and service with a smile

Went here with my husband lunchtime I had a ham salad sandwich and my husband had the tuna both sandwichs really nice. Staff very friendly. Will go again next time we'll take our pup as they are dog friendly

Just an all round great pub . Lots of real ale choice .. perfect for me . Haven't tried the food yet but many others tell me it's quite good . Nice looking pub inside too . 👍

Beautiful traditional pub next to the river with very friendly staff and full of history and atmosphere. A family favourite of ours for years, and excellent beer as well ;) They have the very hard to find draft Bass!

Great place and always last stop on our bike ride. Brilliant Cask and lovely views over the Mersey from the beer garden/terrace. Friendly staff

After visiting a friend who has recently moved to the area, we went to the Magazine Hotel for Sunday lunch (well dinner) very pleasant and accommodating staff and most importantly, the food was fantastic!

Great pub. Top quality beers, largers and wine. Fantastic service. Welcoming atmosphere. Unfortunately high chairs and tables very unsuitable for older regulars. Obviously other seats available but with the low ceiling seems odd to jave introduced them at all. A very good pub indeed.

Friendly staff & relax atmosphere with nice views of the mersey in the beer garden, great pub food we had the fish & ships and black and blue burger, nice big portions, would recommend
