The Yog Hut in Wirral

Ordered as a treat for my daughter last night as I live in Northern Ireland & I wanted to send my daughter a treat as she had her last exam. I explained this on the order. When it arrived they had went the extra mile & wrote on her containers with a message from me & about her exams. Just made our night. So sweet & kind. Needless to say she enjoyed as usual. Thank you so much.

The straws were too thin to be able to drink the milk shake and by time we let them melt enough to get it threw the straw the chunks wouldn't fit and then the straw was like mush, sweet choice was extremely poor.

Was really nice and surprised at the size of the large sundae, had to put in freezer and had it next day too. My son had the pancake with kinder and it was amazing.

So! Ordered “luxury” daim cheesecake and this gave you a choice of cream or ice cream, same with the “luxury” chocolate fudge cake!! Both delivered without ice cream and when I contacted YogHut to say the ice cream was missing from the order I was told, and I quote “The ice cream is complimentary” I proceeded to inform her of what was on listed on YogHut (ordered via justeat) and she repeated that “It was complementary and that meant that if they didn’t put it on or it wasn’t available they didn’t send it”I mean for the price of the cheese cake alone which was basically a New York cheese cake, a daim bar broken into pieces and drizzled with a caramel sauce is scandalous to then be informed you didn’t get ice cream as part of the order only as a complementary side is disgraceful and poor customer serviceWon’t be ordering from there again and I would recommend others used dessert deliveries such a Puddos as that is our go to but they are closed to is evening that’s why we ordered from this shoddy establishmentIf I could rate 0 I would

My kids ordered waffles and we were pleasantly surprised how much we got for out money. Had to take doggy bags home! Nice food and also deliver locally, which is good to know for future.

Great place just ordered 2 oreo milkshakes, 1 toffee crisp and Mars bar milkshake and 2 milkybar milkshakes, fantastic service polite girl behind the counter, every time I order ive never had a dud milkshakes yet, there consistent, there hygiene is top spec, the decor is appropriate with what looks to be hand painted a lovely touch and with a little elf on the shelf, top marks I can reccomend with confidence these are the place to get your milkshakes. Spent £17.50 on 2 (small) cheesecakes with ice cream and a milkshake.Received the wrong milkshake and no ice cream with either cheesecake.This is the 2nd order in a row missing the ice cream, so I decided to get a refund this time.Contacted Just Eat to sort it out. After I was informed I would be refunded, I received a fairly snotty call from the restaurant claiming the ice cream was free. This doesn't change the fact it played a role in my purchasing them, and just a throw-away mumble about receiving the wrong milkshake.Safe to say I won't be ordering again.

Stop by last night and got a slushy from the machine and ordered a strawberry waffle looked ok but tasted like cardboard with a shop bought syrup and maybe two small strawberries cut into small slices with a tiny tub of icecream and you charged £5,50 really poor went in the bin and took 35 minutes to get it to us .should have returned it.if u cant make waffles. Please don't sell them.

Absolutely awful , would recommend it to no one other than if you like to wait an hour for your order to come with food missing. When we tried to call back to tell them a waffle was missing the girl on the phone was snotty and ignorant and wouldn't do anything about it . She also lied to us many of times and intimidated us on the phone . We did not get a money refund of the waffle we was missing back . Left mortified especially when the food that actually did come was cold !!Certainly not ordering here again .

Terrible, would not recommend it to anyone unless you wouldn't mind waiting an hour for your food which wasn't even the right order also having bits missing we rang up and the person on the phone was rude and ignorant,she did not believe me when I told her I didn't get everything I ordered.She also said she was not going to do anything about it.Not only that , the food was cold and certainly not worth the cost.We paid £15.50 for a cold waffle and two drinks.Will not be ordering from here again.
